Hello! I am a DONA International certified postpartum doula who has lived in Colorado since 2010. I hold a Bachelors of Science in Health Education, as well as a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have extensive experience supporting, educating, and nurturing families in different childcare capacities for the last 16 years. I have a penchant for postpartum and newborn care and am passionate about supporting families as they transition into parenthood being it with their firstborn or fourth! I always strive to meet families' needs with ease, flexibility, and warmth. On top of newborn and postpartum support I also can help as a Sibling Doula with older sibling childcare while parents welcome their newest additions to their family. My own experiences with pregnancy, birth, pregnancy loss and motherhood are what inspired me to embark on the journey of supporting others navigating their perinatal experience. I have trained with and am a member of The Institute of Birth, Breath and Death and can provide trauma informed bereavement and loss support. Holding space for others who are walking the path of grief during the most sensitive times is a skill that I hold dear to my heart. For my own wellness I love doing yoga, camping in our popup with my family, escaping to the beach, baking, and you can always find me curled up in a good book. Hi! My name is Linnell and I am so excited to work with you! I am a Certified Professional Doula which means I am trained in birth and postpartum support. I am a birth, postpartum, and breast cancer doula, childbirth educator, nanny, photographer, and breast cancer model and advocate. My passion is supporting families from conception through age 5. I am currently pursuing a graduate certificate to become a lactation certificate to get my IBCLC and I am also working on my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate through Postpartum Support International. Working with me as your postpartum doula is like having a big sister who is there by your side to help guide and teach you. I can’t wait to hear from you!

I am a full spectrum doula certified through the National Doula Certification Board and trained through Allo Doula Academy. My specialty is postpartum and overnight care with an emphasis on sleep support. I have been working as a doula for over 23 years and enjoy working with new and growing families.

I have been a postpartum doula for 7 years and before that I was a newborn nanny for another 7 years. I am a certified lactation counselor and have birth doula experience. I also teach childbirth education classes.

NoCo Doula Collective, is a team-based doula and perinatal support practice serving Fort Collins and communities throughout Northern Colorado. Founded by Julianne Curtis and Katie Piccolo, who combined their established doula practices to launch the collective in spring 2024. The collective provides support across the reproductive and parenting journey, including labor/birth doula care, postpartum support, lactation counseling, childbirth and new-parent education, and bereavement support. The team also includes professionals offering specialties such as NICU support, pediatric sleep consulting and birth/family photography. We are an evidenced based and trauma informed doula group who provides personalized and nonjudgmental care, with multiple doulas and specialists rather than a single-provider practice. We serve Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Greeley, Johnstown, Berthoud, and surrounding areas. Voted Best of Noco for doula and lactation several years running.
