From birth planning to in-home postpartum care, we provide a calm, informed, and advocacy-driven experience so you feel confident, supported, and truly cared for every step of the way. Hello! I’m Eva, a Full-Spectrum Doula proudly serving the Michiana area (Northern Indiana/Southern Michigan). My passion for birth work began when I was a teenager and has only grown stronger over the years. Before becoming a doula, I spent many years supporting families as a full-time nanny, building deep connections with parents and children in my community. I later took my passion for birth work to Hannah’s House of Michiana, where I gained invaluable experience working closely with women in various stages of their reproductive journey. ​ In the Fall of 2022, I experienced one of the most transformative moments of my life when I welcomed my son into the world. His birth ignited a powerful, unshakable calling to support other families through their own birth and postpartum journeys. Since then, I’ve had the honor of stepping into my role as a doula in my local community. ​ I believe every person deserves to be supported through their unique birth experience with respect and compassion. Whether you’re preparing for labor, navigating your postpartum transition, or anything in between, I’m here to offer you non-judgmental, evidence-based support that centers you and your family. You are the expert of your body, your birth, and your choices, and my role is to help protect, advocate for, and support your vision for your journey.

Hi there! As a certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I offer daytime and overnight support to help families transition into parenthood confidently. I have undergone extensive training, including CPR/first aid/AED, Infant Safe Sleep, Adequate Intake, Basics of Lactation, Infant Mental Health, and Infant Sleep Conditioning. I am currently studying to become an IBCLC which will further enhance my ability to support new parents on their chest/breastfeeding journey. I consider myself gentle, attentive, professional and supportive. I strive to provide the highest quality care by viewing every child (and family) as unique and adjusting my care accordingly, based on baby's needs and parent preferences.

Hi Everyone, my name is Shatara Wilson and I am a Certified Full Circle Doula, and Nanny located in Midtown Detroit, MI. All the facets of bringing forth, and nurturing life from their first breath outside of the womb is an unexplainable joyful experience, and yet I am always eager to learn more. Coming from a background in Clinical Office Assistant, and Home Health Care, I know that one’s birthing journey can be peaceful, calm, very sacred and spiritual when we set the right positive atmosphere tone. Dream Catcher Doulas creates a nonjudgmental atmosphere for every parent in need of inspiration, informational, mental, physical, and emotional support. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my five adult children, three grandchildren, as well as with many family and friends. I love reading, dancing, learning, movies, fishing, cooking, and more.
