I’m a travel ready (anywhere in the USA - domestic/international travel) CACHE Certified Newborn Care Specialist and Certified Postpartum Doula with experience caring for newborns since 1996. My specialty is helping babies settle into their own predictable rhythms through responsive, individualized care, safe sleep hygiene, and gentle, developmentally appropriate sleep conditioning. I combine decades of hands-on experience with evidence-based newborn care and parent education, with the goal of supporting healthy sleep while helping parents feel confident caring for their baby.

As a first-time mom and someone who really does not function well without sleep, postpartum was probably what I was most nervous about... (especially after having a necessary C-section!) I interviewed a couple different postpartum care teams and found the Newborn Dream Team immediately made me feel at ease. The first few weeks after giving birth were honestly a lot. Between recovering from my C-section, figuring out life with a newborn, and not having family in town, I was much more anxious and overwhelmed than I expected to be. I cannot thank Danielle, Pamela and Abbey enough for being there for us during that time. They were so helpful in those early weeks, not only with the baby, but with helping us figure out what worked for our family. They answered all of my questions, gave me reassurance when I needed it, and helped me feel more relaxed and confident as a new mom without ever making me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. I was breastfeeding, and they were so supportive of that while also helping us introduce a bottle. They always let us lead with what we felt most comfortable with and never made us feel pressured to do things a certain way. And honestly, being able to get some much-needed sleep knowing our baby was safe and in such good hands was *priceless.* They also helped us establish a really great routine and healthy sleep habits, and our baby was sleeping through the night by five weeks! We will miss Danielle and Pamela SO much, but it makes me so happy knowing they're always in our corner. I truly cannot recommend Newborn Dream Team enough. They made those first few weeks so much easier and more enjoyable, and I am so grateful we found them. 🤍

As a first-time mom, Kourtney was an incredible doula throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. Her support, knowledge, encouragement, and calming presence made a tremendous difference during one of the most important seasons of my life. She helped me feel informed, confident, and empowered every step of the way. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Kourtney was always available with guidance, reassurance, and genuine care. Her dedication to both me and my family went far beyond my expectations. Because of her support, I felt prepared for birth and well-supported as I transitioned into motherhood. Kourtney brought compassion, professionalism, and a genuine passion for serving families to every interaction. I highly recommend Kourtney’s doula services to any expecting family. I’m Emilee, affectionately known as Nanny Emmy. I’m a career nanny with over thirty years of experience caring for children of all ages. For nearly the past decade, I’ve focused exclusively on newborn and postpartum care, supporting more than fifty families through one of the most important transitions of their lives. Working with families is not about showing up with a checklist. It is about walking into a home and immediately understanding what is needed. From the baby who is struggling to settle, to the parent running on empty, to the small details no one else has time to think about, I bring experience, confidence, and a listening ear. I provide a combination of newborn care and postpartum support, whether during the day, overnight, or both. My care is practical, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Whether I'm caring for your baby through the night, helping establish healthy sleep habits, or managing a few household tasks while you rest, my presence is intentional and my care is always tailored to your family’s needs. What sets me apart is not just experience. It is the ability to assess a situation, respond with purpose, and care for the family as a whole. I understand what recovery actually looks like. I understand what newborns need. And I know how to bring relief and routine into a home that feels stretched thin. My goal is to leave families feeling confident and capable without the guesswork. You already know you need the help. The next step is saying yes. Getting started is simple, and the support that follows brings real peace of mind.

I am a mother, wife and Army Veteran. I started this company to provide unique, personalized care for newborns, mothers and families. I began my career as a postpartum doula and newborn specialist in 2009, and have since learned a thing or two about navigating this season of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Over all, I have twenty years of experience in women’s health, postpartum mothers and newborn care. I am uniquely well-rounded as a certified Postpartum Doula, DONA & CAPPA trained in Birth, Newborn Care Specialist, Night Nanny, Texas Breastfeeding Educator, Community Childbirth Educator and Sleep Training and Multiples expertise. I embody a heart centered service. I have developed deep compassion for various perspectives through my world traveled experiences, and have cultivated an A+ rated postpartum wellness cooking. I am a total foodie who loves to cook, often challenging myself to create meals from around the globe. One of my super powers is going into a client’s kitchen and cooking things for them that they didn’t know that they had in their pantry, refrigerator or freezer and creating something unique and delicious. The time abroad living in Europe and Asia has made me the optimal support for international families. Making sure your family gets the support you need and can afford is important to me. Alongside my incredible team of newborn care specialists and doulas, I help families receive the support they need to thrive in their role as parents.

Working with newborns has been one of the most meaningful and transformative parts of my life. As a Newborn Care Specialist and doula, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into families’ lives during one of their most tender and vulnerable seasons. My work is a blend of expertise, intuition, and genuine care—supporting parents while nurturing their little ones with patience, gentleness, and respect. Over the years, I’ve supported families through every kind of newborn experience: the sleepy, peaceful stretches; the unpredictable nights; the feeding challenges; the emotional highs and lows; and the beautiful moments of connection that make it all worthwhile. I’ve guided parents through establishing healthy routines, understanding newborn cues, navigating feeding choices, and building confidence in their own instincts. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care, but also in honoring each family’s unique rhythm and values. Whether I’m soothing a fussy baby, helping a parent master a swaddle, or simply offering a calm presence in the middle of the night, my goal is always the same—to create a sense of safety, support, and empowerment. Being invited into a family’s home during such an intimate time is something I never take lightly. Every newborn I’ve cared for has taught me something new, and every parent I’ve supported has reminded me of the strength and tenderness that define early parenthood. It’s a privilege to walk alongside families as they welcome new life, and it’s work I carry with deep gratitude.

Hello! My name is Saskia, and I am so excited to be a part of your pregnancy/postpartum journey! I have been a Registered Nurse for five years working in Postpartum and Labor units across America. My experience with high-risk mothers & newborns has helped me see just how special the birthing experience is. Seeing couples turn into a family for the first time, or seeing siblings introduced to their new brother/sister warms my heart to no end. It’s an amazing feeling to know that a new bundle of joy has entered the world and that I had the opportunity to be a part of it! While my years working in the hospital provided great learning experiences, I realized that my passion lies with mothers and newborns in their home environment. I decided to complete my training as a Certified Postpartum Doula, and have been able to support families with lactation support, early sleep training, soothing techniques, feeding schedules and all that postpartum brings for the last two years. I love being able to encourage and uplift the entire family as we work through the fourth trimester together! I also am a yoga/breath-work instructor, and specialize in infant and pregnant women. I live in Austin, and as of now only have a fur baby. I grew up overseas in Europe until I was 17 years old. Growing up in Europe showed me how precious life is and can be. It taught me not to take anything for granted. When I am not working, I am hiking with my pup, doing arts and crafts, exploring new places, swimming, hanging out with my family at the ranch, meeting up with friends, or doing yoga. I would love to be a part of your journey and help welcome your baby into your beautiful home!
