Pregnancy, childbirth and matrescense is a transformative rite of passage. One that deserves access to the care team and community you need in order to have the birth and postpartum experience you want. I feel a profound calling to stand as a pillar of support during this time of courage, resilience, and vulnerability. As a full spectrum doula and breastfeeding specialist, my goal is to provide continuous compassionate care and informational support in order to listen and guide you in making informed, empowered decisions. My support is rooted in developing a relationship with you from the moment we meet, curating my support to meet your specific needs as things unfold. I am focused on your physical and emotional needs and wellness from pregnancy to postpartum, your community, and your dignity and respect. I believe that the power of feeling in control of your body helps create a safe, loving, and memorable birth and postpartum experience.

Birth Support Package

My approach to birth is intuitive, holistic, and evidence-based with an emphasis on advocating for your preferences. I enjoy balancing intentional planning with flexibility, and looking for opportunities to offer calm, comforting and creative ideas during labor. Birth looks different for everyone and I will work with your care team to advocate for your birth preferences.‍ Birth Package Includes: 3 Prenatal Visits (visits typically last 1 ½ - 2 hours) Continuous Support During Labor and Birth Birth Photography (optional) 2 Postpartum Visits (visits typically last 2- 4 hours)
