I'm a birth doula serving families throughout the Central Valley. My passion is helping parents feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I believe every family deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental care and someone in their corner every step of the way. My approach blends evidence-based education with continuous emotional and physical support. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, cesarean birth, VBAC, home or hospital, I meet you where you are and help you feel empowered to make the decisions that are right for your family. In addition to birth support, I provide lactation support, birth planning, postpartum guidance, and placenta encapsulation services. I proudly serve clients with private insurance and Medi-Cal plans, helping make doula care more accessible to families in our community. My goal is simple: to help you feel heard, respected, and supported from pregnancy through postpartum so you can focus on welcoming your baby with confidence.
