I’m Darian So, founder of Sun & Spell Holistic Wellness. I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in prenatal and yin yoga, an herbalist, a womb healer, and a birth doula. My role is to nurture, advocate for, and empower the individuals and families I work with. My approach is rooted in presence, intuition, and trust in the body’s wisdom, holding space with care and creating grounded, sacred containers where healing and transformation unfold.

Labor and Birth Doula Support
As a birth doula, we will provide support from the moment we’re hired, through labor, and even after your baby is born. The amount of support you receive is completely up to you. Virtual doula assistance is available to those outside of San Diego, Ca. Birth Doula services include: 2-3 prenatal visits phone, text, and email support 24/7 support starting at 37 weeks Physical, emotional, and spiritual support during labor 1-2 postnatal home visits
