About me

Hi! I’m Deneal. As a doula with a background in holistic nutrition, I offer intuitive, calm, and grounded care. I believe in meeting my clients where they’re at, honouring their choices and their voice, and supporting them with presence and respect for their unique experience. My goal is to walk alongside you while helping you feel as comfortable and supported as possible — physically, emotionally, and mentally. I’ve had the privilege of supporting home births, hospital births, unmedicated births, VBACs, cesarean births, and more. Outside of birth work, I value slowing down, being in nature, connecting with loved ones, and creating space for rest and nourishment.
