I worked with Deneal for three months and it was one of the most personal experiences I’ve ever had! She was super hands-on, taking her time really breaking down how hormones work, nutrition, sleep, and multitude of different factors that come into play in terms of your overall health; especially someone like myself with autoimmune issues. She also went into female reproduction, which was super huge, as I know many of us women have never experienced that in school sadly. This turned out to be interesting and enlightening to finally have someone go in detail and teach about the menstrual cycle, which was beyond informative and has change the way on how I track.
