Rochelle took excellent care of me. Prenatal and postpartum depression settled in and Rochelle was able to provide me resource and encouraging words. During labor she did not allow those doctors to play with me or my baby. My family appreciated her more than she knows.

Having Katy is a gift and privilege for any birthing parents, and I'd recommend her services whole-heartedly. Our three births were each very different (C-section, VBAC, C-section), and Katy was instrumental and essential to each. Katy remained a true partner and advocated for how we wanted to bring our children into the world.

Jenny is an amazing doula! Very attentive. A great balance of knowledge and warmth. I felt safe, seen, and heard with her by my side. Pregnancy and labor can be so vulnerable and she made the experience so much more manageable. When I hit a wall and felt like I couldn't do it anymore, she was right there to encourage me and tell me that I could. She helped me to feel empowered, strong, and capable. Her extensive background shows up in ways you wouldn't think you need until she comforts you with something from her tool kit. Outside of making me feel safe in birth she also made me feel empowered. She reassured my husband and I that come what may in the birthing room I can conquer it (and did). She whispered in my ear the probable course my labor would take and of course was right but because of her I was prepared. I watched her stand at my feet and whisper prayers for an emergency situation down the hall, care for my husband, and comfort me, all in a 7 minute span. She's extremely diligent with your privacy and will never impugn your or anyone's dignity. Out of the thousands of stories she could tell she only tells ones about herself and her personal experiences. Now after she'd supported us with, through and in labor as my doula I had the added blessing of her being my lactation consultant. She walked me through the first weeks of nursing, comforted me when my baby went on a nursing strike pulled all kinds of breastfeeding tools out of her infamous tote bag, suggested positions for both me and baby and is still educating and walking with us at almost 10 months post partum. Having her as our doula further encouraged me to start my path in being a birth worker and wouldn't you know, it was Nyasia that provided me the links to free doula training. We love her immensely.

Ashli was absolutely fantastic during my birth with my second baby. My children love Mikah ! She’s absolutely great and we were so grateful /excited to have her apart of our support system . We did find her a little late in our pregnancy going into my 3rd trimester but she responded immediately and we didn’t waste time after that . She’s quite the help (: , she provided us with one of her lactation consultant friend Sandra , who gave us tips on how to breastfeed more effectively and they were both very knowledgeable about the proper nutrition needed to keep up my milk supply. Her gentle and calming nature helped ease our anxieties and we felt extremely comfortable leaving our son Joshua in her care while we were able to get a few hours rest. Mikah is just overall amazing and a great person to open up to as well and I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs/wants a doula . She also meal prepared for us - which btw was DELICIOUS!!! And provided the best freshly pressed juice I’ve ever had which also helped me shed some postpartum weight off .

I didn’t meet Annie until I was about 35 weeks pregnant, but from the very beginning, she made me feel completely supported and at ease. Even though we connected late in my pregnancy, she jumped right in with warmth, knowledge, and encouragement that made it feel like she'd been part of my journey all along. When I went into labor, Annie came exactly when I needed her. She met us at the hospital and was an absolute rock throughout the entire process. Her presence was calming, grounding, and so reassuring. She knew just what to say and do to help me stay focused and confident, and she worked beautifully alongside the hospital staff while always prioritizing my comfort and wishes. Having Annie by my side made such a difference. She helped create a birth experience that felt empowering and supported — I truly can’t imagine going through it without her. Thank you, Annie, for being there when I needed you most and for bringing so much care and strength into such an important moment in my life.

Micalyn is an amazing doula and I highly recommend her services. I am forever grateful for her crucial role in making my unmedicated, hospital birth a positive and empowering experience. The prenatal meetings were very in-depth and included healthcare during pregnancy, rehearsal of labor positions, and the construction of a birth plan. Micalyn also provided me with handmade herbal tea and was readily available via phone or text at any time I needed support. Going into my birth, I felt prepared and confident. I was immensely thankful for Micalyn’s presence during my labor and birth. Whether it was conversation or physical touch, her peaceful and loving presence was so appreciated. She made the hospital space as beautiful as possible with Christmas lights near the bed and flameless candles around the bathtub. Micalyn collaborated fabulously with the hospital staff, and everyone was very impressed with her. When I was pushing, she was the one who suggested the position change that immediately resulted in my baby’s delivery. Micalyn was right there by my side when my son quickly entered the world: she called to the midwife to catch him and her shoes got drenched with the birthing fluids! Our postpartum visits were extremely helpful. When my son was a few days old, she came over and taught me how to do things such as put a diaper on and wear a baby wrap. She also brought me another handmade tea for sitz baths, which felt amazing. Micalyn is clearly made for this work and I can’t recommend her doula services highly enough!

Morielle was a peaceful and incredibly helpful presence during pregnancy and birth. She was insightful, calm, and knowledgeable. She offered ideas, strategies, exercises, and knowledge that helped me immensely. Her peaceful presence helped me navigate difficulties during pregnancy, such as having a baby in the breech position and undergoing the ECV procedure.
