About me

Hello, friends! My name is Diba and I'm a registered nurse, lactation consultant (IBCLC), and the founder of My Pure Delivery Lactation Clinics in Cedar Park and Plano, TX. Caring for babies and mamas is what I do…it’s my passion…and I want to share this passion with every family that I can reach! I opened the first My Pure Delivery clinic in 2016, and the second in 2021. Our team of lactation consultants share my passion for helping families, and train extensively to ensure that as My Pure Delivery grows, we continue to meet the high standard of care on which our reputation has been built. Your goals are our goals, and we are here to support you however you need us along your infant feeding journey.

We offer personalized lactation care with a written care plan and follow-up support, prenatal education and lactation prep, hospital-grade pump rentals (Medela Symphony), and an in-house insurance billing team to advocate for the families we serve. We offer in-office, in-home (limited availability), and HIPAA-compliant virtual visits.

What happens in a lactation consultation?

Your initial consult will last up to 2 hours, depending on your needs. In addition to addressing any specific concerns, we will do a functional oral assessment on your baby to determine whether there are any issues preventing them from feeding effectively, a weighted feed to assess how much milk they are getting and how well they feed the breast, and a pumping session with flange fitting, instruction, and tips to increase effectiveness of your pumping efforts. You will also receive a written care plan with everything that was covered, and we will share your chart with your medical team to ensure continuity of care.

How does using insurance work?

My Pure Delivery is in-network with most major insurance companies, and there is typically no out of pocket cost for our services in our office. If you wish to be seen in-home, insurance still usually covers the cost of the visit, however separate convenience fees apply and are out of pocket. Our in-house billing team makes every effort to advocate on behalf of our clients to get insurance companies to cover our services. Cost should never be a barrier to getting the help you deserve.

Can you help with bottle feeding?

Yes, we help with all things related to providing breast milk for your baby at every stage from newborn to toddler, and even weaning or suppressing your supply when you don't want to produce milk anymore. We support your goals and desires without judgment.

Will I feel pressured to exclusively breastfeed?

Absolutely not. We are here to support you as a whole mother, not just a milk machine! Your goals are our goals, and we will help you feed your baby in whatever way works best for you and your family. This can include exclusive pumping, combo-feeding, or even transitioning fully to formula if that is your desire or necessity.
