Your Birth Support package may include (but is not limited to): •One meeting to prepare for your birth •Practical Birth Plan assistance •Basic pregnancy & birth evidence based information •Unlimited text, message and phone support during business hours •On call 24/7 surrounding estimated birth date for text, phone & in person support for birth •Continuous emotional and physical support during entire labor, birth & immediately postpartum •Relaxation techniques & other alternative comfort measures available •Gentle suggestions for movement to encourage the favorable position of baby in order to aid the progress of birth •Immediate skin to skin & breastfeeding/bottle feeding assistance post birth(if desired) •One postpartum visit to help with any post birth needs, (1-3hrs) within three weeks post birth •Phone/text support up to 6 weeks postpartum Contact for a complementary consultation!
Our comprehensive Preparing for an Empowered Birth, childbirth classes will give you the important tools you’ll need to achieve as much of a calm, positive birth experience possible, no matter what that birth may need to look like for you! We help you sift through what you really need to know without all the fluff by focusing on evidence based information as well as the newest and proven ways to help aid the progress of birth. Our class includes but is not limited to: •up-to-date evidence based information •comfort measures •options for birthing along with the benefits & risks of those options •what to expect •curriculum booklet And so much MORE!
