During my second pregnancy, I knew I wanted to be more prepared and have a completely different birth experience. I did a lot of research on evidence-based practices and created an ideal vision for what I wanted this next birth to look like. Alexandra is a Carrot-registered Postpartum Doula. She has been a certified Postpartum Doula since 2015 after completing her training through Cornerstone Doulas.
