My own experience with postpartum depression was the turning point that led me into this work, and once I found my way back to myself through better sleep, I became passionate about helping other exhausted, anxious moms do the same. Working with newborns has been one of the most meaningful and transformative parts of my life. As a Newborn Care Specialist and doula, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into families’ lives during one of their most tender and vulnerable seasons.
