Hi, I’m Tremaine Wilson. I am a full-spectrum birth & postpartum doula, lactation educator, newborn care specialist, and Phase-2 student midwife serving families across Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. My philosophy is rooted in calm, informed, culturally-attuned care. I believe birth is sacred, physiological, and deeply individual. My role is to help families feel safe, educated, and supported, while honoring the emotional, spiritual, and physical layers of pregnancy and postpartum. I integrate evidence-informed practice with intuitive guidance, herbal support, and a grounded presence. I come from a long line of birthworkers, and I’ve spent years supporting families across hospitals, birth centers, and home births. My background in community care, reproductive justice, and newborn wellness shapes the way I show up — with compassion, advocacy, and reverence for each family’s story. I would love to walk alongside you through your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

I had a wonderful experience with Tremaine. Before hiring her I was very nervous and she helped me prepare for labor mentality, emotionally and physically. My hospital birth was great all thanks to her. She really helped me a lot during labor by using aromatherapy, massage, positive affirmation, and guiding me on movements to help me cope with contractions. After labor she continued checking on me and gave me great advice that helped me heal. I recommend Tremaine because she has very caring, helpful and knowledgeable.

Hello Everyone! My name is Donna Moragne-Hanson. I'm a licensed midwife in Los Angeles, CA providing well-woman, pre-conception, prenatal/postpartum midwifery care, childbirth education, lactation support, and doula support from the privacy of my in-home birthing studio. Here you & your family are provided with everything you need for a safe, comfortable and peaceful birth. Receive up to 24 Golden Hours of "Mothering the Mother" & newborn postpartum care as you enjoy 3 homemade meals prepared to restore, center and balance your body before journeying home with your new babe. I offer specialty services such as yoni steams, healing herbal baths, add-on postpartum midwifery care packages and "Closing of the Bones" ceremony which brings spiritual closure to your birth. For me, establishing trust with my client is the most important and fundamental. My practice is built on nurturing trust and learning to let go of the things we allow to interfere with trust. I want to encourage trusting in yourself; trusting in your body (and the natural process of giving birth); trusting in your baby (and their own divinely written birth story); trusting in humanity (and the world your baby is born into) and trusting in our partnership, as client and midwife. I believe, "when a woman is heard, she is seen; when she is seen, she has a voice"; and as her midwife I am compelled to encourage her to honor that voice; her voice. In this way I believe I am blessed with an opportunity to fulfill my role as supporter, facilitator, educator and client advocate; the ultimate calling of a midwife. For me, describing the process of birth is like trying to describe a miracle; and walking with a woman as she becomes a mother is even more profound…I am beyond words. Donna, LM, CPM

Donna gave me the confidence and calm I needed for my first birth. She was there every step of the way to answer all my questions, no matter how silly! My doctor was very impressed with how prepared and informed I was. I would love to work with Donna again.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Ali. From the very beginning of my pregnancy, she was an incredible source of support, guidance, and reassurance. She always offered thoughtful advice and helped us understand our options, while never making us feel like there was a “right” way to do things. She respected our choices and allowed us to lead the way throughout the entire process. What stood out most to me was how genuinely she listened. I always felt heard, supported, and completely free of judgment. Pregnancy and birth can bring so many emotions and stressful moments, and she has such a calm, reassuring presence. She communicates clearly and effectively, even when things feel overwhelming, and always seems to know when to offer guidance and when simply to be there and listen. She was consistently available when we needed her, and knowing we had someone so caring, knowledgeable, and dependable in our corner gave me tremendous peace of mind. Her support made such a meaningful difference throughout my pregnancy and birth experience. I am incredibly grateful that she was part of this journey with us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any expecting mother or family looking for someone who will truly listen, support, advocate, and walk alongside them every step of the way. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!

I honestly can't recommend Arielle enough!! She always made me feel like my birth was about me and what I wanted, never what anyone else thought it should look like. She took the time to explain my options and answer every question and gave me the confidence to advocate for myself that I really needed lol. There were a few times my doctors recommended things that I probably would have just gone along with because I didn't know I had other options or that it was okay to ask more questions. Having her there to be able to call and txt whenever made such a difference. She helped me understand my choices without ever telling me what to do, so every decision still felt like it was mine. Because of her I was able to have the quick unmedicated birth that my doctor said probably wasn't going to happen!! She always met me where I was, worked at my pace, and supported me every step of the way! I'm so grateful she was part of my birth my experience would have not been the same without her! She even provided support for my husband in the delivery room and told him to hold my leg which in the moment he did not want to do and now it's a highlight for him hes so grateful she was there too! Amazing personality you'll want to be best friends with her no problem!! She is an PHENOMENAL mama herself too!

Hi, I’m Yoli! 🤍👶 I’m a certified doula, an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, and the proud **founder and owner of Vida Birth Support . Vida is a Latina-owned business based in Riverside County, California, proudly serving families throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding communities. As a bilingual provider, I am passionate about offering compassionate, culturally sensitive care in both English and Spanish, ensuring that every woman feels understood, respected, and genuinely supported—without language barriers. With years of hands-on experience in Labor & Delivery and Emergency Care, I have witnessed both the incredible beauty of childbirth and the challenges women face when navigating the healthcare system. Throughout my nursing career, I have cared for women during some of their most vulnerable and empowering moments. I have also witnessed too many mothers enter the delivery room feeling overwhelmed, unprepared, unheard, or uncertain about their choices. I knew I wanted to be part of changing that experience. That passion is what inspired me to create Vida Birth Support.💗 My vision was to build something that goes beyond traditional birth support—a place where education, advocacy, compassion, and empowerment come together to help women take an active role in their birth experience. At Vida, our mission is simple yet powerful: **To empower women through education, advocacy, and personalized support so they can approach childbirth feeling confident, informed, respected, and supported.** ✨ **Education Is Empowerment** We offer comprehensive childbirth education classes designed to help expectant mothers and their families understand the incredible changes happening throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Our classes focus on understanding the stages of labor, pain management options, medical interventions, recognizing potential complications, understanding patient rights, and learning how to communicate effectively with the healthcare team. I believe that when a woman understands her body, her options, and her rights, she becomes better equipped to make informed decisions for herself and her baby. ✨ **Compassionate Doula Support** In addition to education, Vida provides personalized birth and postpartum doula services centered on emotional reassurance, physical comfort, encouragement, and continuous support. Our goal is to create an environment where mothers feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or welcoming another little blessing, our team is here to walk beside you, provide guidance, and help ensure your voice is heard. ✨ **A Mission Close to My Heart** As a Latina woman, a mother, and a nurse, this work is deeply personal to me. I understand the importance of having someone by your side who not only understands the medical aspects of childbirth but also recognizes the emotional, cultural, and personal significance of bringing a new life into the world. I am especially passionate about helping bridge the gaps in maternal healthcare and advocating for women who may feel overlooked, intimidated, or unheard. My goal is to build a community where every mother, regardless of her background, language, or circumstances, has access to education, compassionate support, and the confidence to advocate for herself. At Vida, I believe: 🤍 Every mama deserves to feel heard. 🤍 Every woman deserves to understand her choices. 🤍 Every birth deserves dignity and respect. 🤍 Every family deserves compassionate, culturally sensitive care. 🤍 And every mother deserves to enter her birth experience feeling prepared, powerful, and supported. Vida Birth Support is more than a business to me. It is my passion, my purpose, and my commitment to making a meaningful difference in maternal healthcare. I created Vida because I believe we can do better for our mothers, our babies, and our communities. And I am proud to be building something that reflects those values every single day. ✨ Vida Birth Support — Empowering Mothers. Honoring Birth. I believe with every conviction that mothers hold innate wisdom to birth their babies. , I honor your intuition through holistic care and embodied practice—supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and the sacred postpartum transition. As your Sister in Christ, I offer faith-based birth support for those wanting so. We approach your labor as an act of worship—leaning on prayer and rejoicing to reveal God's strength and love for you. I am a community-first birthworker, passionate about making holistic wellness, coaching, and education accessible to women in my community. My work blends embodied childbirth education and hands-on support across pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a Birthing From Within–trained mentor, I offer education that goes far beyond information—our work honors the inner journey, emotional landscape, and transformation that birth invites. Alongside this, I provide holistic, nurturing care including herbal remedies, gentle bodywork, mindful movement, breathwork, and food as medicine—supporting the body’s natural physiology while tending to the nervous system and spirit. My Philosophy: Honoring the MotherBaby Dyad I intimately understand and uphold the crucial MotherBaby bond and believe in family-oriented care that follows natural instincts. This belief shapes every facet of my postpartum support and education: Attachment Parenting: I educate and support families in honoring bonding practices such as exclusive breastfeeding, safe bed-sharing/co-sleeping, elimination communication, and babywearing. Holistic Recovery: I offer nourishing, restorative care in the first 40 days, drawing from my training as a Postpartum Practitioner mentored by Pilar Chandler, Doctor of Ayurveda for Women’s Health. Lactation Philosophy: The Power of Human Milk I am deeply committed to the evidence supporting human milk as the optimal standard for infant nutrition. While I support all feeding choices with heart, my philosophy is rooted in the conviction that exclusive breastfeeding provides unparalleled protection and nourishment. This is not just "good"; scientific consensus confirms that breast is best for both maternal and infant health outcomes.

Autonomy-Centered Birth, Faith-based Birth & Postpartum Doula for Sovereign, Physiological Birth | Serving LA & OC | Kaiser-Friendly Hi, I’m Teejay Casado — your local doula for LA and Orange Counties. I am happy to also assist doulas beyond this area virtually and will travel if necessary. I started founder of Temple & Terrain Birthworks — a faith-rooted birth and postpartum support and wellness service. I specialize in supporting women who desire physiological, low-intervention birth while preserving autonomy and informed consent in hospital or home settings. My clients are often: • Planning natural or low-intervention hospital births • Desiring delayed cord clamping, Golden Hour, or lotus birth • Seeking evidence-based advocacy within systems like Kaiser • Wanting sovereignty in their birth decisions (e.g. labor to start naturally, push when ready, informed consent for vaccinations) • Craving calm, grounded leadership during labor With a background in anthropology, I honor birth as both an ancient physiological process and a sacred rite of passage. I help mothers prepare not just physically — but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — so they enter birth informed, steady, and confident. Whether birthing at Kaiser or elsewhere, I guide families in: • Protecting the Golden Hour • Navigating hospital dynamics with clarity • Minimizing unnecessary interventions • Preserving mother-baby bonding • Creating a peaceful postpartum integration My postpartum support is deeply restorative, focused on nervous system regulation, gentle bodywork, whole-food nourishment, and helping mothers feel seen — not just cared for. If you are seeking sovereign birth, calm leadership, and faith-rooted support without pressure — I would love to connect.

TeeJay is an absolute God sent. I met TeeJay through LoveLife Jess. I am a first time single parent who suffer from severe postpartum depression & anxiety after I had my daughter. I didn’t know how to navigate motherhood and didn’t have the strongest or healthiest support system. However, TeeJay has been that support I needed to push through a lot of my fears. I would’ve missed out a lot the first year of my daughter's life if it weren’t for TeeJay’s patience, love, & support.

Hi, I’m Maribel, a DONA International-certified birth doula and birth photographer based in Irvine, serving Orange County and select surrounding communities in South Los Angeles County/South Bay, the western Inland Empire, and North County San Diego. I didn’t always know what a doula was. I found this work because I needed that kind of support myself, and experiencing what it felt like to have someone calm, familiar, and fully in my corner changed the way I understood birth. Eventually, it changed the direction of my work too. Today, I try to offer families that same sense of steadiness and connection. Before labor, we build a relationship and practice tools so the day feels more familiar. During birth, I adapt to what you need: hands-on comfort, positioning, breathing and relaxation, experience with different tools, a softer ambiance for relaxation, partner coaching, and support around informed decisions. I am especially intentional about partners; my role is to support them, not take their place, so they can spend less energy wondering what to do and more energy simply being your partner. After birth, I stay connected with early postpartum care for the families whose births I attend, including emotional, educational, and practical support within my scope. Photography comes from my love of real-life storytelling. Birth is so absorbing that there are parts of your own story you may not get to see while you are living them: the looks, the gestures, or the small moments surrounding the first time you meet your baby. My documentary approach is quiet and unobtrusive, preserving those pieces so you can return to them later. Birth photography may be booked on its own or woven into doula care. My broader full-spectrum doula work also includes standalone abortion support, pregnancy loss, and infant loss support. Eligible doula services may be covered through Medi-Cal or select commercial insurance benefits.

Maribel was an incredible support person for my wife and me throughout every step of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. From the beginning, she brought a calm, reassuring presence and shared a lot of knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care. As first-time parents, we had a lot of questions, and Maribel always made us feel comfortable asking anything without judgment. We especially appreciated her support on the day of birth. She arrived while my partner was in labor fully prepared with supplies for comfort measures, including massage rollers and other techniques that helped during labor. She also guided me in how to better support and comfort my partner throughout the process. Maribel had a grounding presence in the room — she observed and supported us through very intense moments without intervening unnecessarily or overstepping. Another gift she gave us was capturing beautiful photos during our time at the hospital. Those moments were so special to us, and we’re so grateful she took the care to capture them. After the birth, Maribel continued to support us by meeting with us to debrief our experience, help us navigate newborn care approaches, and provide breastfeeding support. Those first few weeks at home can feel extremely overwhelming, and having her guidance during that time was very valuable. We would absolutely recommend Maribel to anyone looking for a reliable doula.

After my son's birth, I was reeling from how well my birth journey went. I heard so many horror stories from friends and family about how their birthing days went. I was appalled for them. Most were pushed around by hospital staff, forced into unnecessary c-sections or just completely unaware of what options they had! I became determined to be an advocate for women who want to feel validated and that they can birth the way they choose. I want to be able to provide a beautiful experience, to anyone who desires it. Having my son empowered me to help other women have the birth of their dreams. I strive for a smooth, calm process, free from stress, judgement and fear. Whether it be at home, a birth center or hospital, all natural, medicated or planned c-sections, I believe that women should be able to do things their own way. Because each and every woman, birth and baby is different, I take pride in supporting you, however you choose to proceed. Hospitals can get confusing, nurses/OB's can get impatient, let me be your advocate through this journey. Let me help you, do you. Let's birth the way that you want.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Betsy!! I found Betsy in my late second trimester and immediately felt like she was the perfect fit for my first childbirth experience. I had no idea what to expect from the experience, but I really wanted someone in the delivery room who was familiar with my needs and who could both help me with the birthing process and could help advocate for my wishes and priorities in the hospital environment. As a medical student, I both know way too much about everything that can go wrong in childbirth and came to the experience with a lot of anxiety. Betsy did an amazing job of helping me navigate my feelings and eased my many many worries throughout my pregnancy without ever making me feel like a burden. When my labor began, Betsy was available and ready for whatever I needed. While my labor looked absolutely nothing like I had prepared for, and the plan was very quickly abandoned, Betsy easily met the challenges of the new situation and provided tremendous support. We are so grateful for Betsy and we look forward to working with her again in the future
