Hi, I’m Kaylie and I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a birth doula based in Portland, Oregon - and service the Portland Metro/Vancouver area. I offer compassionate, personalized support to individuals and families throughout their pregnancy and birth journey. I became a doula because of a deep passion for helping others and a lifelong love for all things birth. I believe that everyone deserves to feel informed, empowered, and supported—no matter their background, choices, or birth preferences. My role isn’t to lead or direct, but to walk alongside you; holding space for your intuition, your voice, and your vision of birth. I trust that you know what is best for you and your baby. As your doula, I’ll be by your side to listen, encourage, advocate, and honor your choices—without judgment and without agenda. I’m here to help you feel informed, respected, and connected every step of the way. Birth matters. You matter. And you don’t have to do it alone.

Kaylie was an AMAZING and HUGE part of my awesome birthing experience. I honestly don’t think my birthing experience would’ve been as smooth as it was without her. She was so attentive, kind, and encouraging the whole way through. I can’t thank her enough. A million times over I’d choose her without question.

Hi, I’m Reegan! 🤍 I’m a birth and postpartum doula, and I’m especially passionate about helping families feel cared for, supported, and a little less overwhelmed during those first days and weeks with a new baby. Postpartum is a huge transition—and I don’t believe you’re meant to figure it all out on your own. I’m here to be an extra set of hands, a calm presence, and someone you can turn to when you’re tired, emotional, unsure, or simply need a moment to breathe. I offer practical newborn support, feeding support, postpartum care, light household help, nourishing meals, and lots of encouragement as you find your rhythm as a new family. I also provide birth doula support, helping you prepare for birth and offering continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor. Whether your birth goes according to plan or takes an unexpected direction, my goal is to help you feel informed, heard, and supported in your choices. A little about me outside of doula work: I’m a birth photographer, I love being outside, gardening, cooking, taking walks and bike rides, and spending time with my family. I’m a big believer in creating community and making people feel like they have someone in their corner. I want my clients to feel like they can exhale when I walk through the door. You don’t need to have everything figured out—I’m here to meet you where you are, care for you as a whole person, and help make the transition into parenthood feel a little more supported. 🤍 -DONA doula certified -CPR -15 years in childcare experience

I’ve known Reegan for several years and when it was time to have our maternity photos taken, I thought of Reegan first. Reegan is kind, humorous and has a great eye for photography. I also recommend following her Instagram for quality information on maternity and birthing content!

She has a calming, lighthearted, and nurturing presence and loves working with parents, both new and experienced. Every family's goals and preferences are unique and Sage offers non-judgemental care that respects what is important to them through each peak and valley of their experience. She is passionate about empowerment, bodily autonomy, and evidence-based information for every pregnant person. Her toolkit for birth includes: position suggestions, guidance towards understanding birth interventions, warm encouragement, and facilitation of an oxytocin abundant environment. Sage feels called to this work as a natural-born caregiver who has loved working with babies from a young age. As she grew up, Sage discovered her passion for supporting not just babies, but the whole family as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. She has spent the last 10 years working with infants and toddlers as a professional nanny, which has given her a talent for thinking on her feet and attuning to the needs of others. Sage is a proud Oregonian and was born and raised in Portland! She is an inquisitive life-long learner, crafting enthusiast, and enjoys being out in nature whenever she can. Though she treasures work with all kinds of people, Sage finds deep meaning in providing care to LGBTQIA2s+ families informed by her own queer lived experience. She is also enthusiastic about providing compassionate support for people of all sizes. As an animal lover, Sage has a special interest in guiding families as they prepare their furry kids to be good siblings to a new baby! When she is not caring for families she is spending her time cooking, baking, quilting, sewing, and enjoying Oregon’s stunning outdoors in a kayak.

Working with Georgia was one of the best decisions we made when preparing for our baby’s birth! Even after taking multiple birthing classes, Georgia helped us think through things we hadn’t considered when putting together our birth preferences. Her attention to detail made us feel so prepared and confident when the big day finally came. During birth, her calm energy and presence were such a gift to both my husband and me and truly helped make the experience so positive. She was also an incredible support when some big decisions needed to be made, helping me advocate for myself during moments when I wasn’t in the headspace to do so. Having someone in our corner who was so knowledgeable, supportive, and reassuring made all the difference. And her postpartum support has been just as wonderful! There’s something so special about having someone who was part of your birth experience also be there to support you through recovery. Georgia has become such a special person to our family, and we truly can’t recommend her enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and always ready to show up in whatever way her clients need. We feel so lucky to have had her by our side!

Zoe Speidel

Hello! Supporting families through the birth year as a birth and postpartum doula brings me immense joy. As a dear friend of mine said, "Helping people move through huge life transitions is where it's at." I bring non-judgmental, compassionate, inclusive, evidence-based care to you and your family, however "family" looks for you. My training includes DONA-approved workshops for birth and postpartum doulas, lactation support, newborn care, pregnancy loss, abortion support, and prenatal/postpartum yoga. When not involved in birth work, I love to bake, play with my puppy, and read mysteries.

We are so grateful for Zoe’s loving support this past year as our doula. Zoe worked with us as a postpartum doula after our son Emmett was born. Her support was intuitive and natural, easily fitting in to our lives and jumping in to support in all the right ways. She was incredibly helpful both in practical ways helping us get back on track with our daily routine, but also was a wealth of information about breastfeeding, newborn phases and milestones, and labor recovery. Zoe shared helpful resources related to where we were at in the postpartum and newborn journey. She also made space to help us process and talk about things like our birth story, postpartum anxiety, and really anything else on our minds… which was a lot. We appreciate the calm and loving connection and support for our whole family.
