Monica was a midwife to me for my second born baby. After delivering in a hospital with my first baby, I was sure I wanted different with my second baby. Monica was incredible, when she found out it was go time, she was more than prepared! She stayed connected, & we had a quick precipitous labor here my son was born to me in the water just 3 hours after laboring. I’ll never forget this experience and how Monica left a mark in my heart. The most empowering birth right after having had experienced a hospital birth.

honestly don’t even know where to begin because words cannot express how grateful I am for Peaceful Passages Birthing Support Center. As a first-time mom, I was excited about having my baby, but I was also terrified of labor and delivery. I had so many questions, fears, and moments when I doubted myself. From our very first conversation, I knew I had found the right team. My doula was absolutely AMAZING! She was patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about me and my baby. I never felt like just another client. She checked on me throughout my pregnancy, answered my endless questions, and helped me feel prepared for something I had never experienced before. But it was during my labor that I truly realized how blessed I was to have her. There were moments when I felt like I couldn’t do it anymore. She never left my side. She held my hand, helped me breathe through contractions, applied counterpressure, encouraged me, and reminded me how strong I was. When things became overwhelming, she was my calm in the middle of everything. She was also incredible with my husband. She guided him on how to support me and made sure he felt included in the entire experience. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and professional she was with the nurses and doctors. She helped me understand my options, encouraged me to ask questions, and made sure I felt heard without ever making me feel pressured. After my baby arrived, the support didn’t just stop. She continued checking on us and making sure I was doing okay physically and emotionally. I genuinely believe my birth experience would have been completely different without Peaceful Passages. This wasn’t just a doula showing up to do a job. This was someone who genuinely cared about me, my baby, and my entire birth experience. If you’re pregnant and wondering whether hiring a doula is worth it, PLEASE do yourself a favor and contact Peaceful Passages Birthing Support Center. I would choose them a thousand times over. They gave me something I will cherish forever: a birth experience where I felt safe, supported, empowered, and never alone.

In January, I made an intuitive decision to hire Serene as my doula for my homebirth as a first time mother. From the start, Serene and I clicked. She was highly qualified and very well informed, yes, but most of all she was real! Throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, Serene treated me like a human being rather than just a client. I like that our meetings about birth plans weren’t just about checklists but rather a conversation so that Serene could really get to know me, what I wanted for my birth and my child, and determine the best way to support me. And support me she did!! During my approximate 24 hour labor, Serene was by my side through it all guiding me emotionally and physically. She was my advocate, my healer, my advisor, my friend, and so much more. I could go on about my experience with Serene but I will end it with this- I’m so grateful I was led into Serene’s care for my first baby. Thank you Serene

Neena was a lifesaver for me and my baby! I was struggling with latching and not making enough milk for my baby. Neena patiently worked with me and my baby until I was confident with latching and helped me boost my milk supply. She also has an online library of videos which she gave me access to so I could learn more about breastfeeding and pumping in my free time. I really liked the videos on pumping and would watch them while feeding at night. Even though Neena gave me some sleep training tips during our time together, I am looking forward to working with her when I am ready to tackle sleep training. I couldn’t have asked for better support—she’s truly amazing!

I’m a holistic-based nanny, doula, and Newborn Care Specialist who believes that children thrive when they feel safe, respected, nurtured, and truly seen. My approach to childcare is gentle, attentive, and child-led, with a strong focus on creating a calm and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and develop at their own pace. I value connection over correction and believe everyday moments—whether playtime, mealtime, or settling down for a nap—can be opportunities to build trust, confidence, and emotional security. As a doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I have a special appreciation for the early stages of development and the unique needs of both babies and parents. I’m passionate about supporting families with patience, intuition, and a holistic mindset while honoring each child’s individual personality, rhythms, and developmental needs. Through child-led play, mindful routines, and lots of warmth and encouragement, my goal is to make children feel comfortable being exactly who they are while giving parents peace of mind that their little ones are being cared for with intention and genuine love.

Hi everyone! My name is Grey Graham, and I am a Certified Postpartum and Birth Doula, as well as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Currently, I service South Florida (primarily), but I am open to traveling to North Florida, as well as any neighboring states. In my honest opinion, I think children are a precious gem, they are Gods gift to us here on Earth. They're just so sweet and actually quite fun to be around, I believe that they are the future and we can learn more from them then we think. I also love to see people happy and enjoying the life we've been blessed with. I decided to become a doula become after constantly stumbling across people with fears/ bad stories about giving birth and having children. I saw that people were afraid of having an actual baby, anxious that they'd be abandoned in the delivery room, and nervous about how to take care of them after. I've heard moms break down thinking they're not doing enough and failing their infant. That's where I come in. My ideal practice is to give judgment free help families adapt to bringing their baby home, understand any concerns they have, and hopefully aid them into becoming able to enjoy this milestone of their life.

Hiring Natalie was one of the best decisions we made during my pregnancy! During our prenatal visits we received so much information, reassurance and tips on how my husband could physically support me during early labor. This was my second baby; my first birth experience was traumatic. Fortunately, this second experience was healing and gifted me a redemptive birth. She gave emotional support during late pregnancy to help keep me in right head space and the physical support was essential on birth day. If you wish for a low intervention experience, a doula is essential.
