I have worked with hundreds of families in my fifteen years as a lactation consultant and doula. I love educating families prior to the birth of their baby and particularly enjoy the postpartum period. As the mother of four, my own birth experiences led me to this work. My passion for wellness started many years ago when I took the first of many health coach trainings, the first being through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
