About me

Hannah is a lifelong learner with a servant’s heart. Married to her college sweetheart, they are the proud parents of three spunky little boys and currently live and serve the community in North Omaha. Hannah became passionate about birth work after her own three wild and miraculous birth experiences both challenged and rewrote her. She cares deeply about helping women feel individually valued and empowered, believing that their voices matter in every situation, even the unexpected ones. Hannah strongly believes that being informed and affirmed can change the trajectory of your birth experience. For her, every woman deserves to experience birth as the miracle that it is!

Service introduction

Hannah is a birth doula located in the Omaha area. She is passionate about first time moms, evidence-based care, and low intervention birth, (or birth on your own terms). VBACs, homebirth access, and learning how to be self-informed and confident in your birth space are also very valuable to her. She follows parents through pregnancy, birth and into the transition of postpartum, supporting them with wisdom and empathy the whole way.

Free consultation to decide if we are a good fit! Two prenatal appointments in the comfort of your home where we work through your options, creating a birth plan, outlining your dream birth, any questions, fears, or rabbit holes that are valuable to you, and learning comfort and calming techniques. Full birth coverage from when you begin to want support to up to two hours postpartum including help with the first latch. One postpartum appointment, also in your home, where we can debrief your birth and set you on a path to success in this new stage.

Frequently asked questions

Do you do payment plans?

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans catered to what works best for you. The only parameters are a $50 deposit to save your spot on my calendar, and the total is due by 36 weeks of pregnancy.

What's your birth experience as a doula?

I have been immersed in physiological birth for 5 years now and have attended 12 births since I became a doula. They have ranged from homebirth to hospital births with both midwives and obstetricians. I have supported both unmedicated and medicated labors as well as medical inductions, precipitous labors, and birth after trauma.
