The first words I think of while describing my family's experience with Luna Bruno is "our angel on Earth". I was fortunate enough to meet Luna while she was training to become a Midwife at a birth center I was receiving care at for a few weeks. Life had some hiccups and I no longer had any prenatal care at all. I immediately knew that if I wasn't going to have a Dr./Midwife by my side, I 100% needed a woman who can help me connect with every bit of strength I had in me to get through what I was about to experience. Beginning to end Luna tailored not only to my husband and I's needs, but she also tailored her work style and ethic around who we are as people. She took thoughtful time understanding our mindsets, concerns, and lifestyle to translate them all into the care she provided throughout our journey. No matter who you are, if your goal is to channel your upmost STRENGTH pre/post natal, Luna is the woman to help empower you through it all. There was not one single moment where we felt unsupported, alone, unsure, or not advocated for properly. My favorite part about working with Luna was knowing that this is not just some job title for her, this is who she is, you can feel the passion for her work threaded into every part of her honest work. Both my husband and I (+my new little baby if he could type) would 1000% recommend Luna Bruno as your Doula.

Nikki is an absolute rockstar! Nikki helped us for about 3 months. I noticed a positive difference with Rogan every single day after Nikki had spent the night. He was calm and super happy, and stuck to his schedule the next day! Nikki always came on time (or early) and stayed until she was sure he was settled. I was originally extremely nervous to have someone help us sleep train Rogan. Nikki's obvious care and love eased every worry, and I actually slept through the night. I can't say enough good things!!

Gina was an amazing support during those first weeks with our newborn! She is an incredibly knowledgeable Newborn Care Specialist and provided exceptional overnight care. Having her there at night gave us the opportunity to finally get some much-needed rest while knowing our baby was in safe, loving, and capable hands. She was wonderful with our baby, attentive to every detail, and very knowledgeable about newborn sleep, feeding, soothing, and establishing healthy routines. She was also an amazing lactation consultant and provided helpful, compassionate guidance with breastfeeding and feeding support. Gina is professional, dependable, caring, and truly understands what new parents need during those exhausting first weeks. We felt completely comfortable having her in our home overnight and would highly recommend her to any family looking for newborn overnight care and lactation support!

I truly can’t imagine those first nine weeks without Lisa. She knows exactly what she’s there for and is incredibly attentive, observant, and always one step ahead. As a first-time mom, those first few weeks felt like the most vulnerable and fragile time of my life. You’re suddenly responsible for this tiny human, but you have no idea what you’re doing. It honestly felt like being dropped into the middle of a huge ocean, just trying to figure out which direction to swim. Lisa was the person I truly depended on during that time. Even now, months later, I still find myself using so much of what she taught me. What I learned from her during those first weeks has stayed with me long after her time with us ended. Beyond taking care of my baby, Lisa made me feel so genuinely cared for and loved. She truly sees you and listens to you. I always felt safe talking to her and simply being around her, and that meant so much to me during such a vulnerable time. And I HAVE to mention her lactation muffins because they are seriously the best!! Her baking completely satisfied my sweet tooth during those early postpartum weeks. As a huge foodie and someone who appreciates food that is both delicious and nourishing, I loved all the little snacks she would make for me. When you’re breastfeeding and constantly hungry, having someone make you something with so much care honestly feels like such a blessing. Every day before Lisa left, we would come up with a little strategy for how I could get through the rest of the day and night without her. I remember sometimes feeling so overwhelmed by the thought of the night ahead, wondering if I was going to get any sleep. Lisa would always reassure me and remind me, “I’ll be back tomorrow morning to take care of you.” Hearing that helped ease so much of my anxiety. Those first weeks with a newborn are filled with so much uncertainty and unpredictability, and simply knowing she would be back the next morning gave me something to hold onto through the harder nights. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have had Lisa be such a big part of this chapter of my life. I will never forget how deeply she cared for both me and my boy. We were so, so well taken care of, and she will always hold such a special place in my heart.

As an immigrant from Turkey with no family nearby, my first pregnancy felt overwhelming at times. If you’re looking for a doula who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares about you and your birth experience, I cannot recommend Jade enough. She helped make one of the most important days of my life more beautiful than I ever imagined, and I will always be grateful for everything she did for my family.

Courtney Falcon was our back up doula for our second child, but it ended up being a great experience and possibly even kismet. We were very lucky to have someone take charge in a warm and loving manner. We felt supported every step of the way. She even stayed many late hours after the birth to help make sure our son was stable and didn't have to go to the NICU. Without her diligence, our child wouldn't have been able to avoid the NICU- she was a godsend. She's extremely knowledgeable, and is always looking to expand her learning. She was always providing us with more resources than we even knew we needed, and not just about babies, but about child/toddler behavior as well. Courtney is also excellent with babies and children, and provided some child care to our family during our times of need. With her previous background working with kids, we felt our kids were in the best of hands. We cannot recommend Courtney Falcon enough to be your doula, please book her today!

Harriet is a wonderful doula and an amazing person. She saved me in so many ways and gave me the exact birth plan I imagined. I only found her a month before my due date and she was able to step in and give me proper guidance. She talked me through all the options on the birth plan. She sent me materials and ideas to deal with pain and anxiety. She has a medical background as well as extensive experience In the field and is constantly keeping up with new technologies. My support person was out of town when I went into labor and Harriet was with me the whole time. She asked questions of the doctors and made sure I got the best care. She voiced my concerns when I couldn't. During active labor she was so soothing and knew tricks to ease the pain - thanks to her I gave birth without an epidural. She followed up with me after and baked delicious cookies! I honestly can't thank her enough. She is a pillar of strength and knowledge and source of calm in the storm.
