I’m an Elite Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, Labor Doula and Lactation Educator. I am also a support doula at Fourth Tri Sanctuary. I have been working as a doula for ten years, and have a passion for supporting the birthing person/mother and household during a very transitional time. New or new again families. I have a niche for infant feeding support, relationship /role support and overnight support. My goal is to part ways with your family as you’ve become confident in your roles & have your family thriving, more than ever, within your household.

Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Labor Support

We do offer a sliding scale for families who qualify, this is based off good faith & honor system, please contact us if you have questions about a lower fee.

$2,000 USD · Flat rate

Postpartum Support

Day or Night Again, we do offer sliding scales. This includes working with lesser experienced doulas or, a good merit/honor system qualifying families.

$45 USD · Per hour

Infant Feeding Support

Support for infant feeding: bottles or breast, combo feeding as well.

$125 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

We offer labor and birth support, including but not limited to: immediate availability, prenatal visit and support and in person labor support. Postpartum support, including but not limited to: 4 hour minimum day shifts and 8 hour minimum night shifts, with a focus on care for postpartum person, then infant and household (laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep). We do not offer childcare for siblings. Lactation / infant feeding support includes but not limited to: positioning, bottle feeding techniques / help, troubleshoot latch.

Frequently asked questions

Is it too late to hire a doula?

Not likely! We have worked with as early as 6 weeks, to due in a few days for birth. As far as postpartum, we support families within the first year of childbirth.
