I’m an Elite Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, Labor Doula and Lactation Educator. I am also a support doula at Fourth Tri Sanctuary. I have been working as a doula for ten years, and have a passion for supporting the birthing person/mother and household during a very transitional time. New or new again families. I have a niche for infant feeding support, relationship /role support and overnight support. My goal is to part ways with your family as you’ve become confident in your roles & have your family thriving, more than ever, within your household.

Service introduction

We offer labor and birth support, including but not limited to: immediate availability, prenatal visit and support and in person labor support. Postpartum support, including but not limited to: 4 hour minimum day shifts and 8 hour minimum night shifts, with a focus on care for postpartum person, then infant and household (laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep). We do not offer childcare for siblings. Lactation / infant feeding support includes but not limited to: positioning, bottle feeding techniques / help, troubleshoot latch.
