Giving birth at HCA University Hospital in Davie. Estimated budget goes up to $5,000. Birth planners to have a natural, unmedicated birth, with no interventions, no epidural, etc.. Doula must be certified and have at least 5 years of experience. I am 38 years old and am in a high-risk pregnancy due to previous birth of a large baby (9lbs 4oz), my age, and past history of preeclampsia. I have Florida Blue insurance. Hospital - Memorial Miramar Not sure what the going cost is, or if insurance covers anything I had two other kids, youngest is 8. They were both induced and I had an epidural. I am hoping for a more natural birth this time.
