I have been a Birth Doula since 2014 and a Fertility Educator since 2016. I am passionate about helping women understand their bodies better from preconception through postpartum. I was inspired by my own experiences throughout my 4 pregnancies and have worked with clients from all backgrounds and delivery scenarios including, but not limited to: hospital, birth center, home birth, c-sections, VBACs, medicated, Un-medicated, multiples, high-risk, micro-preemies, and adoption (birth and/or adoptive parent support). As a Doula, my goal is to help my clients experience the birth of their dreams. My training is body-centric and focused on optimizing fetal positioning for a more comfortable pregnancy, smoother delivery, and better postpartum recovery. I am hands on and often provide comforting touch and release work. As a Fertility Educator I support clients who want to better understand their menstrual cycle to either avoid or achieve pregnancy through private, virtual classes.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tara! She was such an incredible source of support throughout my pregnancy and birth experience. From answering my questions and helping me prepare for a home birth to being there with us throughout labor, she was always encouraging, knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring. Having her by my side during my birth was such a comfort. She helped me and my husband feel confident, supported, and prepared, and I’m so grateful for the encouragement and care she gave me throughout the entire experience. Choosing her as our doula was one of the best decisions we made. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula who will truly support and encourage you throughout pregnancy and birth!

Hi, I'm Toni! I am a postpartum doula and experienced infant care provider with years of hands-on experience caring for babies and supporting families. I am also the mother of six children and the proud grandmother of a little girl, so nurturing babies has been a meaningful part of both my personal and professional life. I own and operate a licensed 5-star childcare program, where infant care has always been the area I enjoy most.. My approach is calm, nurturing and dependable. I have experience with feeding and bottle preparation, diapering, soothing, safe sleep practices, infant routines and supporting parents as they adjust to life with their baby. I am now expanding my professional focus into newborn and postpartum care throughout the coast, with the goal of specializing in the first months of a baby's life. I am especially interested in providing daytime (weekends only), evening and overnight support that allows parents to rest while knowing their baby is being cared for with patience and attention. I believe every family deserves support during the postpartum period, and I would love to learn more about your family's needs.

I had a wonderful experience with HumbleWombs. She made me feel so relaxed during the mist of my labor. She advocated for me and made sure it was about what was best for me during my pregnancy and labor. She spent lots of time with me after my labor and supported me through breast feeding. I couldn’t have asked for a better DOULA. Nas❤️

If you are on the fence about including Bridgette in your birth and postpartum journey, let this be your sign to absolutely do it. As a first time mom, she provided care and love for me and my family in ways I didn’t even know I needed. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes a team based approach in every decision. I had no qualms or hesitations about placing my trust in her because at the end of the day I knew she had my back all the way from her birth/breastfeeding classes to every step throughout labor. Although my birth experience did not go the way we had planned, I wouldn’t be able to look back at my experience as positively as I do if not for her. She genuinely felt like a big sister and best friend throughout the whole experience. Even my husband, as he recounts our birth experience, sings her high praises and felt incredibly supported by her as well. Because of her, he even goes around telling new parents that they have to get a Doula because of how amazing Bridgette was. I genuinely feel like we were meant to cross paths and now my life and experience as a parent is better because of her. Seriously, she’s amazing. You would be remiss not to have her on your team.

I’m a certified postpartum doula a birth doula and a proud mother of four amazing kids , with a lifelong passion for caring for children and supporting families. I’ve been around infants and children for as long as I can remember, and caring for little ones has always come naturally to me. Becoming a parent is one of life’s most beautiful experiences, but it can also come with exhaustion, uncertainty, and a lot of adjustment. My goal as a doula is to help make that transition feel easier, calmer, and more manageable for the entire family. I provide compassionate, hands-on support -whether it’s postpartum support, new born education or birth- while respecting each family’s parenting style, routines, and individual needs. I believe that parents deserve to feel supported and confident—not judged or overwhelmed. The safety and well-being of every baby in my care is my highest priority. I strive to create a calm, nurturing environment where babies feel safe, comfortable, and loved, while parents get the rest, reassurance, and support they need. It is an honor to be welcomed into a family during such a special and vulnerable chapter of life, and I truly love being able to make those early days with a new baby a little easier.

Bernadett is truly a gift to this world and my family! I was so nervous about having a stranger come into my home with my precious little one but that anxiety disappeared the moment I met her! She is so caring, knowledgeable, attentive, nurturing, patient, reliable, and kind. She helped my son through challenges with sleep and my own postpartum needs when I had no other supports. It is with no exaggeration that I see this lovely lady as a child care angel! Highly recommend! She will treat you little one like an extension of her own family and you will never find a better doula 💜

Hey there! My name is Naomi Carrington. I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum doula, Breastfeeding Counselor and Childbirth Educator in Louisburg, serving the greater Raleigh Triangle area. I'm passionate about childbirth, mamas, and babies, and I've dedicated my life to helping families experience a birth and postpartum beyond their expectations. Birth does not have to be seen as a fearful thing, but something women were designed for. Living overseas has helped to shape who I am today and the services I offer. Over the past few years I have mainly attended home births which is my 'happy place'. But no matter where you plan to deliver, I guide my clients in preparing both their minds and bodies for labor and offer full informed support of their choices. A few things that I impart to families are: education, the importance of body balancing, whole food diet and mental preparedness. Knowledge is power and a big part of what I do. Over the years, I have attended over 85 births and taught several classes. In my free time you can find me reading, working out, enjoying an iced coffee, working in the garden, with our many animals or cooking in the kitchen. I am from a big family and love making memories with them! I'd love to connect and discuss how we can meet your goals for your dream birth, postpartum or class experience!

Recent review

Having Naomi be there for my second birth was a huge blessing. She helped me be even more confident in my body and myself to be able to achieve the natural birth I was going for. She helped guide me to do certain stretches and exercises to help baby be in the optimal positioning for birth. She made my birth as enjoyable as a hospital birth could be.
