I am a birth, postpartum and bereavement doula who is passionate about caring for women through all aspects of their birth journey. Tullahoma, Tennessee
After going through multiple pregnancy losses and receiving support from other women, I knew that I wanted to learn how to support women through labor and birth, both in the extreme highs and extreme lows of that journey. I was trained in 2018 and have been practicing ever since! My doula career began in San Antonio and is now continuing in middle Tennessee, where I live with my husband and 3 beautiful children. I truly see doula work as a calling and ministry. I am passionate about empowering and supporting women, and I would love to walk alongside you in your pregnancy and birth!

Hi! I am mom to 10 children, birth activist, doula, and childbirth educator. I work hard to change the birth culture in Nashville by educating doulas, improving birth and baby loss care in the local hospitals, organizing Empower Your Birth conferences, donating peanut balls to 14 area hospitals, changing the TN newborn eye ointment law to be more favorable to parents, and fighting for parents/doulas rights during Covid. I have over 28 years of experience with pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding. I run a Christian doula agency that strives to strengthen marriages/ families, educate to empower you, and nurture you to find joy in motherhood during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Dalton, Georgia
Hello! My name is Amanda Millsap. I’m a midwive’s assistant turned doula. I think my experience is a little bit unique in the fact that I attended around 60 home births before I ever helped parents out in a hospital setting. I have since become quite familiar with the hospitals in Chattanooga and Dalton, and have worked with many providers in these areas. I have a compiled list of other providers also. For example, chiropractors, pelvic floor therapist, massage therapist and more. It is my goal to provide you with education surrounding parenthood, help you and your family navigate through unfamiliar territory, and hopefully help you feel confident in your decisions. I look forward to becoming a member of your team!

I understand what it feels like to have doubts and not have the right tools to face the unknown. This is why I started Finding Your Village and began interviewing experts in my podcast, whose service and advice can be great additions to a parent's village. Inspired by my own two birth experiences, one with pain medication and one without, I trained to become a Birthing From Within Mentor to guide parents to prepare for the challenges and victories they will encounter with their birth experience. I am committed to helping you become a birth warrior and be equipped for your birth and postpartum journey, so you can stop feeling stuck in the fear of the unknown and avoid suffering during birth and postpartum.

I am Christina, a follower of Jesus and a mom of 5 kids. I’m a birth and postpartum doula as well as a childbirth educator. I have been fascinated by birth since a young age, but didn’t really know that I could work outside of a medical scope of practice until 2017 when I hired my own doula. I was a stay at home mom at the time and wanted to go back to work part time, and doula work was the perfect fit. After the birth of my 5th child, I attended doula training with Academy of Certified Birth Educators (ACBE) in May 2019. Spring 2020, I completed an apprenticeship with Labor of Love Doula & Childbirth Services and began serving clients. In winter 2022, I attended childbirth educator training (ACBE) and hold a certification to teach childbirth classes. My desire is for the families I work with to feel heard, supported and empowered throughout the process of bringing new life into the world. While birth can be unpredictable, I desire for my clients to feel secure and educated in the decisions they make.
