Jennifer Bernard Postpartum Doula in Portland, OR
About Jennifer
Hello! My name is Jennifer Bernard, and I’m a certified Postpartum Doula and trained Newborn Care Specialist based in beautiful Portland, OR. My passion is helping new parents navigate the precious, yet often overwhelming, early days after bringing their baby home. As your postpartum doula, I’m here to be a gentle, guiding presence, offering the care and support you need to rest, heal, and recharge. I approach every family with compassion and without judgment, listening to your unique needs and preferences to create a nurturing environment where you feel confident and cared for. Whether it’s helping with newborn care, offering feeding support, or simply being there to lend a listening ear, I’m committed to supporting not just the baby, but your entire family. My goal is to make this transition smoother, so you can focus on bonding with your little one and enjoying these special moments. When I’m not working with families, you’ll often find me exploring the outdoors with my adventurous Mini Aussie. We both love the ocean, and running along the beach is our happy place. I also enjoy unwinding with a good book, practicing Pilates, or cozying up for a relaxing evening with my favorite shows. It’s truly an honor to be part of your journey into parenthood. I look forward to supporting you during this incredible time!
