My name is Christina, and I am a Full Spectrum certified Birth and Postpartum Doula serving families NATIONALLY . I am based in New York. Yet I travel to where I’m needed to assist my families . I’ve been a part of the birth community since 2016 and hold a Full Spectrum Doula certification through Birth Arts International. Supporting families during this transformative chapter of their lives is my passion. I’m honored to walk alongside them—not only through birth but also as they adjust to the early weeks of newborn and infant care.

Liz Eidelman is a mom of two daughters and a DONA International Doula & Birth Photographer from New Jersey. Shaped by her own birth experiences, Liz was called to support mothers in achieving empowerment through their own births. Her practice is rooted in deep mental and emotional support, specializing in natural deliveries and encouraging clients to look beyond the confines of what society tells us birth should be and instead look deep within to find their most fearless and capable selves. Liz is a Birth Becomes You Certified Birth Photographer and will soon be certified as a Hypnobirthing Educator (HBCE) in summer 2026. She supports clients from the onset of pregnancy all the way through postpartum, offering sage wisdom & sisterly kinship to every woman she serves.

Meredith is a certified birth doula and a certified lactation counselor, listener, empath and nurturer. She is Jewish and familiar with the laws of Niddah. Meredith completed her second doula training in 2022 and continues to seek out new opportunities to expand her knowledge of holistic and evidence based methods for her birth families to explore. Meredith believes all birth is “natural”, regardless of how your baby arrives earthside. She will endeavor to provide appropriate materials for you to make informed decisions and to give you the specialized comfort that you want, your way. She has been professionally trained in Dancing for Birth methods, techniques and philosophy, as well as, Hypnobabies doula training, Spinning Babies, baby wearing, belly wrapping, Rebozo and comforting touch. Through life experience of her own and experience shared by those close to her, Meredith is acutely aware that your family has come to this moment with the challenges and accomplishments of a unique journey already in progress. It is with this sensitivity that she comes to you without judgement and aims to enfold you in her warm embrace as this new chapter begins.

It’s been a Journey from childhood 8yrs old to 15yr Being a Doula Birth & postpartum, is a part of my life, Haitian culture, career in New York City for 8yrs to know how to serve mothers not just only mothers families that just give birth to a newborn and that needs lied to know how to serve a new life.

Simone has been holding space for expecting and postpartum families for over 10 years. Birth has a powerful way of healing and transforming you, and her first birth did just that. The ability to have 2 empowered births the way she wanted, gave light to the need for advocacy, education and doula support amongst the birthing community, especially black families. Simone is a mother, doula, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, childbirth educator and infant sleep educator. She has been teaching and mentoring doulas along the way and excited to dive deeper into holding the hands of the next generation of birth workers.

I usually say I accidentally fell into the field of birth work, but I guess that's not totally true. After spending a decade abroad running a foster home/cardiac surgery program for babies with complex congenital heart defects and maternal/fetal health programs for at-risk indigenous families, I unexpectedly found myself stuck in New York City in early 2020, waiting out this little bug called "Covid-19" that was shutting borders all around the world... I certified as a birth & postpartum doula in the USA in 2020, to be with my best friend for the birth of her first child in the midst of Covid protocols. I never could have imagined how much I would fall in love with birthwork here in the United States and it is the greatest honor to walk alongside families as they grow and change (in whatever capacity!), providing unbiased & judgment-free support, advocacy, guidance, and care during such intimate and pivotal moments.

Viviana is an experienced DONA-trained, Certified Birth and Post Partum Doula, Certified Lactation Counselor as well as a Certified Childbirth Educator. Additionally, she is trained in Traditional Postpartum Practices. She became a doula soon after having her third child in 2008 and realizing the importance of needing someone informed to support and guidance through the journey into motherhood. Viviana is devoted to helping families navigate through this journey into parenthood with confidence. As a mother of five, she know the importance and difference of having a supportive birth team with each pregnancy as journey is its own story, She had been honored to serve over 300 families in the Tristate Area.

As a birth doula based in central NJ, my practice is influenced by my experience as a massage therapist for over 30 years. I have broad understanding of the physical challenges facing pregnant and postpartum individuals. I’m certified as Body Ready Method™ professional to address body alignment issues during pregnancy, which can result in a more optimal labor and birth. I also teach an in-person Body Ready Birth™ workshop for birthers and their partners to practice labor positions that can ease the baby’s journey through the pelvis. I prepare my clients with tools to calm their nervous system and release their fears using Hypnobirthing meditations and breathing techniques. As an integral part of the birth team, I provide educational resources, in-person prenatal/postpartum visits and compassionate care during active labor and birth.

Misty is a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula (via DONA and Lifespan Doulas) as well as a Certified Lactation Counselor, a Certified Hypnobabies Doula, Newborn Care Specialist and an Integrative Wellness Coach.
