As a parent myself, I know how overwhelming it can be to navigate pregnancy, birth, and parenting. My goal is always to help you fully understand your options, confidently make your choice, and effectively communicate your needs to those around you. I believe that the development of these self-advocacy skills will serve you for the rest of your life. I work in a doula partnership with Meredith Kramer, and when clients choose to work with us, you draw from the experience, knowledge, and perspective of two doulas. We operate as a partnership, rather than the traditional primary doula + backup model, so you always have someone familiar available to support you even in the case of a doula illness, family emergency, or another client's birth. We are jointly filled with purpose when our clients feel heard and supported in their decisions, and we want to celebrate the fact that you made the choice that is right for you. All love and support—no judgment.
