As a birth doula in Northeast Ohio, I am passionate about providing families with compassionate, knowledgeable, and individualized support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. My goal is to empower you with the information and confidence needed to navigate your birth journey with strength and assurance. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or navigating a high-risk pregnancy, I am here to offer emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your unique needs. With a calm and empathetic presence, I work alongside families to ensure they feel heard, respected, and supported in their birth choices. In addition to birth planning and labor comfort techniques, I offer comprehensive postpartum services, including support with recovery, breastfeeding, newborn care, and helping parents adjust to life with their baby. I assist with soothing techniques, feeding routines, and creating a nurturing environment for both parent and infant. It’s an honor to walk alongside parents during this transformative time, offering unwavering support and advocacy as they welcome their baby with joy, confidence, and care.

I offer three customizable doula packages designed to fit your specific needs, including prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and postpartum care. Whether you’re looking for guidance in birth planning, comfort measures during labor, or extra postpartum support, there’s an option to fit your family’s needs. Let’s work together to create a birth experience where you feel heard, respected, and in control. You don’t have to do this alone—I’m here for you every step of the way!

Essential Birth Support Package
A solid foundation for families who want personalized support during labor and delivery, plus a little extra guidance before and after birth. Includes: Two prenatal visits – We’ll go over your birth preferences, comfort measures, and answer any questions you have about labor and delivery. Unlimited phone/text/email support from the time of hire through six weeks postpartum. Continuous labor and birth support – I’ll be by your side at home or in the hospital, offering physical and emotional support, advocacy, and encouragement. Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth) – Help with breastfeeding initiation, newborn bonding, and ensuring you’re comfortable. One postpartum visit – A home check-in to discuss recovery, newborn care, and any feeding or emotional support needs.

For families wanting full-spectrum support before, during, and after birth, with extra guidance during postpartum recovery. Two prenatal visits – We’ll go over your birth preferences, comfort measures, and answer any questions you have about labor and delivery. Birth plan guidance – I’ll help you create a flexible birth plan that reflects your values and preferences. Unlimited phone/text/email support from the time of hire through six weeks postpartum. Continuous labor and birth support – I’ll be by your side at home or in the hospital, offering physical and emotional support, advocacy, and encouragement. Immediate postpartum support (1-2 hours after birth) – Help with breastfeeding initiation, newborn bonding, and ensuring you’re comfortable. Four postpartum visits – Hands-on newborn care support, emotional check-ins, and help adjusting to life with your baby. Customized postpartum resource list (lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, mental health support, etc.).
