Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my bio, my certifications are immense in incorporating everything that I’ve learned in my own life, though taking the time to be certified in newborn care specialist, sleep training and conditioning, lactating specialist, and Doula. On a more personal levelI love being outdoors, cooking and creating a safe and healthy environment through both creativity and knowledge. My life is also been deeply shaped by resilience. During Hurricane Katrina, while at a family reunion, my family suffered complete devastation losing eight homes. Despite this tragedy, I felt compelled to help. I was deputized by the Red Cross And remain in Louisiana for three months where I developed and lead a disaster assessment team specializing in logistics, a system still in use today. Strangely enough this experience is what first led me into caregiving a career where it is I have never felt more alive or purposeful.
