Kali Montoya Postpartum Doula in Arvada, CO

I cannot say enough good things about Kali. She came into our family like a shining light in a really dark time. Our daughter was 5 weeks early and spent time in the NICU and was on oxygen for 11 weeks, she had reflux and some other issues. I was exhausted and overwhelmed. When I first talked to Kali I burst out crying, and she was so calm and made me feel so comfortable. I loved having her in our home, and trusted that at night I could finally get some rest becasue I knew she was going to take amazing care of my baby. She checked in on me and was always asking how I was doing. She referred tons of services to us, including a physical therapist for our daughter's flat head. If she hadn't made the referral, we wouldn't have been able to intervene as early as we did. Kali and her team of doula friends saved us. Kali still keeps in touch with us, and has been such an amazing source of information and help. I'm crying writing this becasue she is such a wonderful person, cool, fun, and kind, and she helped me and my family so much, it was the best thing in a really hard time. I would recommend her 1000000% and the families that she helps are so lucky to work with her. :)

Kali has been an invaluable support person for our entire family. She started with our family as our night doula when our daughter was 1.5 weeks old, seamlessly integrating herself into a routine with overnight support. We felt an immediate connection with her and instantly trusted her with her calm but confident nature. She helped us navigate a really difficult phase of extreme acid reflux with our newborn and helped see us through to a solution, providing incredible emotional support during that time. She’s won over our 3 year old son as well and both kids absolutely love when Kali comes over for a date night. We honestly don’t know how we would’ve made it through this past year without Kali’s genuine care and support.

Kali helped us with our newborn girl, Sienna, from about 2 weeks old to 6 months old. I can't even begin to describe the emotional roller coaster of letting someone else watch your baby at night (and I should know, since Sienna was #2 for our family). Kali was a consummate professional, great communicator so we could align on our comfort level, and very reliable. We used her a couple nights a week, and looked forward to it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Thanks for giving us that break, Kali!
