I am a Chicago-based full spectrum doula and lactation counselor. I have a Master’s in Public Health and have a focus on prevention and evidence-based practice. Include 3-5 prenatal visits to discuss your ideal birth and any anxieties you have about the process. Continuous 1:1 support during labor and birth with backup coverage. Postpartum visits to debrief birth, troubleshoot infant feeding and care, and help with postpartum recovery.
