I am a mom, daughter, a sister, an aunt, a cat mom, taco chaser, lover of travel, and a proud doula. My family and I live in the DC area, though I will always and forever remain a Georgia girl at heart. My passion has always been in healthcare and championing people to make the best decisions for themselves based on unbiased support and evidenced based information. My goal is that each and every family I support feels confident and empowered walking into and away from their birth experience.

Milk & Honey (Birth Doula Package)

There are various options for birth support, as well as customizing a package that works for you. Below are my standard offerings and include doula on call 3 weeks out from your estimated due date (EDD). Virtual option available Milk & Honey: 2 prenatal meetings for labor/birth prep and education, continuous labor support, and up to 2 postpartum visits (up to 2 hours each).

Rose & Chamomile (Birth Doula Package)

There are various options for birth support, as well as customizing a package that works for you. Below are my standard offerings and include doula on call 3 weeks out from your estimated due date (EDD). Virtual option available Rose & Chamomile: 1 prenatal meeting for labor/birth prep and education, continuous labor support, and 1 postpartum visit (up to 2 hours)

Our services include comprehensive birth and postpartum Doula support, placenta encapsulation, childbirth education classes, infant feeding classes, babywearing classes, and soothing massage classes for babies. With a commitment to creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, we strive to make the journey into parenthood a joyful and supported experience.
