My family and I live in the DC area, though I will always and forever remain a Georgia girl at heart. The Harmony Doula is dedicated to providing expert support and services for preconception, expecting families and those navigating the precious early years of childhood. Our services include comprehensive birth and postpartum Doula support, placenta encapsulation, childbirth education classes, infant feeding classes, babywearing classes, and soothing massage classes for babies. With a commitment to creating a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, we strive to make the journey into parenthood a joyful and supported experience.

Milk & Honey (Birth Doula Package)

There are various options for birth support, as well as customizing a package that works for you. Below are my standard offerings and include doula on call 3 weeks out from your estimated due date (EDD). Virtual option available Milk & Honey: 2 prenatal meetings for labor/birth prep and education, continuous labor support, and up to 2 postpartum visits (up to 2 hours each).
