Doula Deluxe

35w appointment, 37w appointment, I’m on call from 37w until birth, labor and birth support, 2wPP, 4wPP, 6wPP, 6 module podcast style birthing course and 11 module video course on prepared feeding, 12 personal training sessions (before or after birth) with yoga and meditation practices include.

Can I use your services sooner than 35w?

Yes! We just need to have a plan no later than 35w but I am happy to support you as early as you would like.

Do you build specialty packages?

My basic package offers are as posted but I believe everyone should have access to a doula and proper support and education so I do build packages that can better fit people’s needs and budgets.
