A mother made company built for you. As a certified Doula, I provide relational and non-judgemental support to families through pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. Based In Franklin, Virginia and serving the greater Hampton roads area and northeast North Carolina. Additional training includes certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, guided meditation, and holistic lifestyle coach.

Can I use your services sooner than 35w?

Yes! We just need to have a plan no later than 35w but I am happy to support you as early as you would like.

Do you build specialty packages?

My basic package offers are as posted but I believe everyone should have access to a doula and proper support and education so I do build packages that can better fit people’s needs and budgets.
