Parenting is a beautiful, massive shift, and I am here to walk this path right alongside you. I’ve spent the last 18 years as a social worker and educator, walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life on their own terms. As a postpartum doula, I nurture families and parents through the vital "Fourth Trimester"—ensuring you receive the absolute respect, body autonomy, and care you deserve. My practice focuses on parent & infant education, maternal body autonomy, nutrition, and gentle sibling transition support. I am deeply committed to being more than just your doula—I am your advocate. How My Background Supports Your Journey: * Mental Health: My training as a social worker means I prioritize your emotional well-being and protect your mental space. * Education: My specialized training in child development and years of working with families as an educator allow me to offer you clear, evidence-based tools to confidently understand your baby's growth and milestones. * Resource Navigation: I seamlessly connect you to the absolute best community resources, specialists, and networks this region has to offer. * Creative Processing: As an artist and designer, I love helping you use creativity to process the big feelings and truly celebrate this new life chapter. My care focuses entirely on your whole household: parent & infant education, maternal body recovery, nourishing food and meals, and gentle sibling transition support. Every session includes a wellness check-in for you and your baby. From there, we can map out family routines, prep healing meals, guide older siblings through the transition, or navigate medical appointment/doctors visits.
