Darcy believes you have the most powerful voice in the room and is passionate about supporting families in their desires, helping birth partners (whether that's husband, boyfriend, best friend, etc) best support you by education tools and guidance, and discuss any fears you have and address them one by one. Her approach to postpartum care centers on three essentials: sleep, food, and presence.
