Birth is a personal and sacred experience. My approach is rooted in respect for your unique journey, choices, and intuition. My first step is to listen to provide personalized guidance and unwavering advocacy to Mamas and their loved ones. Every birthing person should be heard and empowered. I provide compassionate care rooted in comfort and joy and evidence-based information to help you make the best decisions for you and your baby. I believe every woman deserves a doula! My mission is to provide unconditional and accessible support to each client I am honored to support. I trained under the experience and expertise of the Springfield Family Doulas! I am also an educator and certified yoga teacher, and I incorporate these skills into the structure of my holistic doula services. Let’s connect! Birth Doula support includes: - 3-4 prenatal visits - on call support from 38 weeks until birth - evidenced-based, supportive care during labor and delivery - 2 postpartum visits within the first 3 weeks after birth

Postpartum support includes but is not limited too: Here’s a good phrasing for that: --- **Postpartum doula support includes, but is not limited to:** - Emotional support and active listening as you process your birth experience and adjust to new parenthood - Feeding support, including breastfeeding/chestfeeding, bottle feeding, and pumping guidance - Light household help (laundry, dishes, tidying up) * Meal preparation or snack support * Assistance with sibling adjustment * Offering time for parents to rest, shower, or take a break * Referrals to local resources like lactation consultants, mental health providers, or parent support groups * Support with postpartum recovery * Non-judgmental, evidence-based information tailored to your family’s needs and preferences
