Throughout my pregnancy, Amber provided consistent emotional and physical support. She was always available when I needed to talk, and her calm, reassuring presence made a huge difference during such an important time. She truly made me feel supported in every aspect of my journey. During labour, she went above and beyond—bringing snacks, offering water and juice, and stepping in seamlessly when my partner was occupied with our other child. In those moments, she was exactly the kind of support I needed: attentive, grounded, and fully present. She also communicated my birth plan clearly to the doctors and nurses and confidently spoke up on my behalf when I wasn’t able to answer questions myself, which allowed me to stay focused and feel cared for. Her postpartum care was just as amazing. She came to my home with thoughtful treats and drinks, and truly took the time to check in on me. Even before the birth, she made sure I had a postpartum plan in place, including meals and self-care, which made a big difference in my recovery and overall experience. I’m so grateful to have had Amber by my side—I felt supported, empowered, and never alone. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.
