Hi, I’m Madi!🌵💕 My first birth experience was both empowering and deeply challenging, and it’s what led me to this work. I love helping moms and partners work through their fears surrounding birth so they can feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way! Frequently asked questions
I’m nervous about birth. Is that normal?
So normal! Most moms carry hidden fears they don’t even realize until we start talking. One of my favorite parts of this work is helping you gently work through those fears so they don’t walk into your birth with you.
What kinds of births do you support?
Hospital, home, birth center, epidural, unmedicated, inductions (all of them). Your birth doesn’t have to look a certain way to be worthy of deep support!
What does a consultation look like?
It’s a no-pressure conversation where we talk about your hopes, worries, and what you’re envisioning for your birth. It’s an opportunity for you and your partner to see if you would feel comfortable having me in your birth space. You have the option to choose to meet with me through FaceTime or in person at a drink place. Yum!
How do I know if you’re the right doula for me?
You’ll feel it! If you’re craving someone who truly sees you, holds your fears gently, and walks with you instead of leading you, let’s talk!
How will you help me make informed decisions during labor?
I believe you deserve to fully understand your options, not just be told what’s happening. Before your birth, we’ll walk through common scenarios so you feel prepared. During labor, I’ll gently explain what’s being offered, what it means, and the choices you have so every decision is made with clarity and confidence.
