Her passion for childbirth began in her birthing her four children within five years and learning the amazing power of the mind, soul, and body in physiologic birth and thereafter. Becoming a DONA trained Doula has given her the professional skills and resources to help other birthing people and their partner(s) awaken and tune into this power. As your Doula, she is honored to hold space for you and meet you where you are along your reproductive journey. She will provide emotional, informational, and physical support and hold your hand as you learn to advocate for your preferences in what is the most personal and sacred time in your life. By encouraging you to feel confident, fully supported, in control of your choices, and well equipped with the tools and comfort measures, her goal is to help you optimize any path your birth takes. She especially wants to do all she can to educate the community about the power of birth support, increase access to these evidence based services, and work with BBIPOC and trans and queer birthing people who often experience trauma and inequitable care along their gestational journey. As a Latinx Doula, she is a strong proponent of reclaiming and honoring the cultural roots of birthing communities and their traditional practices. Elizabeth is bilingual in Spanish.

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! We used her for our second pregnancy, which really says it all. After having such a great experience the first time around, there was no question that we wanted her by our side again. She is incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided guidance and support around the clock throughout the pregnancy. She was a huge help to my wife, but also to me as a husband. Having someone knowledgeable, reassuring, and supportive there whenever we needed her made such a difference. I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, I would highly recommend having her in your corner. We are so grateful for everything she did for our family!

JACQUELINE SANTIAGO

JACQUELINE SANTIAGO

Hi, I’m Jacqueline, but you can call me Jacqui. I’m a full-spectrum doula who believes birth is both sacred and deeply human — not something to “manage,” but something to be supported with care, humor, and grounding energy. My background as an esthetician, medical assistant, and ordained minister means I show up with a calming presence, steady hands, and the ability to connect with just about anyone. I see each family as unique, and I honor every birth plan, every emotion, and every cultural layer that shapes the journey into parenthood. I’m here to hold space, advocate when needed, and help parents feel informed, respected, and genuinely cared for. My philosophy is simple: YOU deserve a birth experience that feels safe, supported, and authentically yours. I show up as both a guide and a teammate — someone who listens first, encourages often, and helps you tap into your own strength. Whether it’s breathwork at 2 a.m., a good laugh when things get intense, or quiet reassurance in the moments that matter most, I’m committed to walking alongside your family with compassion and confidence. My goal is to help you feel prepared, empowered, and never alone during one of the most transformative moments of your life. My hobbies are reading, crafting, hosting karaoke nights at local bars, helping my partner run a part-time catering business and cuddling with our Beagle-mix Emo. I look forward to meeting you!!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Marissa. From the very beginning, she was always there for me, answering all of my texts and calls whenever I had questions, concerns, or just needed reassurance. As a first time mom, having someone so knowledgeable, supportive, and caring by my side made such a difference. She helped me create a birth plan that reflected exactly what I wanted and made sure I felt informed and prepared. She guided me mentally as I prepared for a natural birth, while always allowing me to make my own decisions without any judgment. She supported my choices and empowered me to have the birth experience that felt right for me. When contractions started and I went into labor, she was nothing short of amazing. She remained calm, professional, and knew exactly how to help me through every moment. When I felt overwhelmed or like I couldn’t do it anymore, she reminded me of my strength and talked me through it. She held my hand when I needed comfort, helped position me in different ways to encourage labor to progress, and advocated for me whenever I needed her voice. She was also such a huge support for my husband. She helped him understand what was happening throughout labor and guided both of us through the process with confidence. During a time that can feel scary and unknown, especially as first time parents, she made us feel safe, supported, and prepared. I trusted her completely and felt so comfortable in her care and with her advice. She played such an important role in helping me have the birth experience I hoped for. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know, and I will absolutely be using her again when it’s time for baby number two!

Kristina Victoratos Gardenier CD, DONA

Hi! I'm Kristina Victoratos Gardenier. After years of navigating my own fertility struggles, I felt a deep calling to shift my career from the corporate world—where I spent 12 years in AdTech—to a path that truly fulfills me. My experiences, both personal and professional, naturally led me to the health and wellness space, where I can combine my background in sales, my firsthand medical experiences, and my passion for caregiving into meaningful work. Caring for sick family members has profoundly shaped my approach to support and advocacy, making my transition into birth work feel seamless. As a certified fertility coach and a DONA certified birth doula, I am honored to guide families from preconception through birth, providing compassionate, evidence-based care every step of the way. I take a holistic, client-centered approach, ensuring you feel empowered, informed, and confident throughout your journey. Whether you’re trying to conceive or preparing for labor, I am here to support you with personalized coaching, education, and advocacy within the medical system. I am trained in a variety of comfort measures, including the use of birth balls, peanut balls, laboring positions, and natural techniques for induction, stress management, and pain relief. If you have a partner, I will also help ensure they are actively involved in your birth experience. Giving birth is a life-changing moment—one you will carry with you forever. My goal is to create a supportive, uplifting experience where you feel heard, respected, and empowered every step of the way.

My husband and I worked with Jennifer the last trimester of my pregnancy. She always made herself accessible for any questions, and we felt very well supported by her. Jennifer was extremely thorough, timely, and compassionate. She was a master at feeding us information at the right time as not to overwhelm us. My husband and I wound up taking a 6 hour birth class a month before our due date, and we felt so well prepared from Jennifer, that the information in the birth class seemed repetitive from what Jennifer had already instilled in us! The day I went into labor, Jennifer was accesible every moment. She was truly an advocate for us and made us feel safe and connected. My husband and I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to any couple looking for doula. My met several, and Jennifer was truly the best of the best. Thank you Jennifer!!

Hi New Parents & Returning Parents, My name is Anjanette Rebecca. I’m birth obsessed & I finally have the courage to admit it. I’m a little of a lot of things. I’m a full spectrum doula who supports families and individuals across all walks of life. From zygote to 130 years old. Reproductive health is who I am. Bodily autonomy is what I’ve supported since I was a child. I stepped into my mother’s shoes at an early age. My mother was the original reproductive health guru. My mom passed away before I had time to say goodbye. Grief became the catalyst that changed my life for the best. I meet Individuals and families that are kind enough to trust me with something so sacred. That will always be one of the biggest blessing in my life. I’ve cared for thousands of clients locally & internationally. My ultimate goal is YOU. Your family, your very valid fears, your tears & your happiness. I guide expectant families and individuals in embodying their role as the first teacher in their children’s life. Our body is our children’s first home, it will and always should be respected. Dads, that includes you. Your little one finds comfort in your presence before they’re even born. Your voice and kisses will be one of your child’s favorite things. My business & my baby, Birth & Beyond, NYC is an extension of my family; fellow educators like myself, with a combined 206 years of supporting vulnerable populations in New York City. In October 2026, I will celebrate 26 years in the healthcare industry, 18 years as a registered nurse. It’s an honor to be a part of birth, an intimate time for families to come together. I navigated my first pregnancy alone-there’s so much power in being a single parent too. I’m here to hold individuals & families through one of the most breathtaking and potentially chaotic moments of their lives. Parenthood is a massive upgrade and a heroic space to hold. Please don’t let the internet scare you. It scares me! But we have access to so much information. It is normal to feel overwhelmed by it. I pray that you enter pregnancy & your birth space with confidence. Tap me in if you need someone to kick the door off its hinges, metaphorically speaking of course :) As for me, I’m a Brooklyn native, currently enjoying life in Staten Island, NY. I spend most my time having juicy conversations, tending to 179 indoor plants, barefoot & not pregnant :) I spend time off social media, reading books and finding myself in nature. Christina was wonderful from the beginning! I connected with Christina in the beginning of my pregnancy and she was supportive and had my back right up until my baby was born. We had monthly calls that were always very informative and made me feel so supported. During our calls Christina never rushed me or made me feel like my questions were silly. She also answered and questions I had in between our scheduled calls. Christina understood my vision for my birth from the beginning and helped me transfer care in the middle of my pregnancy. Christina made me feel confident, heard, and prepared for my delivery. She also helped me navigate complications during my pregnancy and gave me the tools to advocate for myself. During my delivery she came while I was in active labor and jumped right in. She brought fake candles and aromatherapy for me which were so nice. I had a hard time once my water broke and she really helped me through it. I also had to make the decision of continuing with labor or getting a c-section and she talked it through with me and my boyfriend. I ended up getting a c-section and she stayed with me in the OR the entire time. She was also a huge support for my boyfriend who was extremely scared for me and our baby. She also took amazing pictures of my surgery and or me and my boyfriend during the c-section. I was pretty out of it and didn’t realize she was taking pictures which I’m so thankful for now. I also asked Christina if she would make prints with my placenta after the delivery. She was happy to do so and they came out beautiful! Christina stayed with me and my family until about 5 am to make sure we were all ok. Christina exceeded my expectations and truly made my pregnancy so wonderful. My birth did not go as I planned but her support truly made the difference for me. She has also been a huge support postpartum! She is a wonderful doula and human being and I highly recommend her for your pregnancy 💕

Just just minutes away from Our Birthing Center, Morristown Medical Center, and Overlook Medical. I’m a mom of two amazing children, and after my experiences trying-to-conceive and giving birth to my first child, I felt an incredible pull to birth work. Helping people learn about all their options in birth and how to feel empowered in their decisions are some of my greatest passions! I work with parents throughout their journeys, from trying-to-conceive all the way to postpartum! I also work with many parents pregnant after loss - a different and nuanced experience in many ways (one I have experienced myself). I am so so thrilled to meet local parents building their families, and the babies you’ll be welcoming into your lives!

As I sit here 2 months postpartum. The reality of being a first time mom is starting to set in. As I think back, the whole experience from being pregnant to giving birth is so crazy! Luckily, I found Marissa and had her support, fact checking knowledge, and companionship through it all. She helped me so much through my pregnancy, the highs and lows. She made me feel confident in myself and I would highly recommend considering having her as a doula. Her knowledge of everything about pregnancy and support was exceptional. Having her as part of my support team was exactly what I needed to make my birth experience the best possible. I'm so grateful we connected not just on my pregnancy but also as a new friendship. Marissa is awesome and if you are looking for someone to be a part of your birthing experience that is knowledgeable and also genuine, she's it!

Our experience with Liz was truly wonderful! With Liz, you will feel safe, heard, & held through one of the most important moments of your life. When we initially spoke, it was probably 2 minutes into the conversation when we knew she was the right doula. The call ended, my husband & I looked at each other & immediately said, "I LOVED her." Liz laid out everything that we should expect, & did it in a way where we didn't feel judged. Others had tried to convince us that we had unresolved trauma, or had made mistakes in previous births. Liz's trust in us knowing what we needed was so reassuring. During the pregnancy, Liz is there if you need her, checking in to see how appts. went, & getting a feel for your mindset approaching birth. Liz was vital in my ability to remain calm as my due date came, then passed by 9 days! We discussd ways to help encourage labor, different scenarios as 42 weeks approached, & reassurances that my baby & body knew what they were doing. Being a 3rd time mom I really thought I knew it all, but when things went so much longer than we all expected, I was so grateful to have Liz's calm & confident presence. At OBC, Liz arrived exactly when I needed her. She easily fit into the flow of labor offering assistance to me, & guiding my husband to help through contractions. Liz understands when to step to the forefront, & also when to hang back. Her experience & presence in the birthing space made me feel more supported & calm than I had previously. My labor was fast, but I never felt like I lost control. Liz took stunning photos during birth, capturing all of the phases of labor, recovery, & beautiful shots of the baby. The photos will be cherished by our family for the rest of our lives! Liz doesn't disappear after you're done having the baby. She checks in during your recovery at home, & even comes to visit. We loved working with Liz!
