Im looking for someone to help with overnight assistance for newborn. Someone knowledgeable and helpful i really dont have any specific requirements as this is my first so i dont know exactly what i need i just know ill need help. Feedings, changings, bottle cleanings.

Most importantly, I am looking for a calm, knowledgeable, evidence-based doula who will help me feel respected, empowered, and supported throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.
