Hi, my name is Caitlin. I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula and the heart behind Nurtured Nest Doula Services. I’m based in Durham Region and proudly support families across the GTA, Clarington, and Northumberland County. As a mom of four, I’ve experienced the full spectrum of birth, from two c-sections to unmedicated labour and even a home birth. Each of these experiences has deepened my belief that every birthing person deserves to feel informed, empowered, and genuinely supported as they bring their baby into the world. I provide hands-on, evidence-based care through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, my role is to walk beside you with compassion, reliable information, and unwavering support. Hi, I’m Emelia. It’s nice to meet you. I’m a birth professional based in Oshawa, ON, with a passion for supporting the whole person and their family through every part of the perinatal journey: emotionally, physically, and mentally. I’m currently certifying as a birth and postpartum doula with DONA International, a fertility doula through Doula School Canada, and a childbirth educator with CAPPA. This allows me to walk with clients through each chapter of their experience in a deeply personal and connected way. My work is grounded in the belief that this season of life deserves care that sees and supports the whole of who you are.
