Hello! My name is Naeemah, and I am a certified birth doula located in Austin, Texas. As a friend, sister, and daughter, I believe that everyone deserves to have someone by their side during important moments in life. Specifically for the journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I find it such an incredible honor to be able to cheer on, coach, laugh, cry, and do everything else in between with you. I am available for birth work and also as a postpartum doula! In my spare time, I enjoy oil painting, cooking, and swimming in Barton Springs pool!

Birth Doula

- Free 20-minute initial meeting - Two 1-hour-long prenatal visits - Reachability by phone - Support for the entire birth and 2-hours postpartum - Final post-birth visit **please feel free to reach out if you feel we would be a good fit but are unsure of the price. I am happy to discuss options :)

$600 USD · Flat rate

Postpartum Doula

I will come to your house and help with whatever you need! I can take care of baby while you shower, help out around the house, make some food, whatever you need help with in the moment I am your girl!

$30 USD · Per hour

What to expect

I offer both Birth Doula and Postpartum support services. For Birth Doula, I offer a free 20-minute initial meeting and two hour-long prenatal visits. I will be reachable from 9 am-9 pm, and then starting at week 37, I will be reachable 24/7. From the first call, I will be present with you throughout the birth and up to two hours postpartum. I will do a final visit 1 week post birth. For Postpartum Doula, I use an hourly rate, and I will come over and help out with anything that is needed as you settle into parenthood! I can take care of the baby so you can have some self-care time, I can do light housework, or I can cook a meal! Anything you need!

I support all different kinds of births! My biggest goal as your doula is to make you feel empowered, safe, and confident in your desired birth experience! Whether that is a hospital birth, a home birth, a planned C-section, or many more variations, I will support your decisions 100%.

Whats it like to work with you?

I am a joyful, calm, and grounded presence who will endeavor to meet your needs in each moment. I can cheerlead or sit quietly and hold space, I can make you laugh to release tension, or I can be a shoulder to cry on and a kind face to share fears with. I am starting in this work, so there might be some learning we have to do together, but I consider all of it the ultimate privilege to be allowed into your birth world.
