We have no estimate for a budget right now but are working to get quotes near us to compare prices based on what costs Tri-care can cover. Our birth plan includes a natural water birth avoiding epidurals and pain medication. We also prioritize skin to skin and breastfeeding right after delivery and delayed cord clamping. Our insurance provider is with Tri-care West and our coverage is Tri-care Select.
