I’m looking for a certified professional midwife. I plan to give birth at home.

I am 35 and never thought I could get pregnant - surprise! (IVF for both of my half sisters and similar autoimmune issues made this seem unlikely.) Being "older" I envision a natural birth outside of the traditional hospital setting, while also being realistic about possible complications. I am 22 weeks along, with a boy. I live in my Condo and have purchased a pool for water relaxation/birth. I am at the corner of Rte 125 and 9 so not far from WDH (Wentworth Douglass). I am a business owner and also attending massage school for my 4th licensure for my salon in Exeter, NH. I've written this request so my mother, Betsy Cote, can add info and forward to you, Jessica. Being at home will allow me to feel more in control, supported, and at peace during labor. I value having a familiar space, privacy, and a more personal birth experience with my care team present. My estimated budget for my birth is between $2,000 and $5,000. This budget includes midwifery care, prenatal visits, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and access to a birthing pool for a water birth. I understand that costs can vary depending on services and location, and I am prepared to invest in quality care that prioritizes safety, support, and a positive birth experience for both myself and my baby. My birth plan is to have a natural, low-intervention home water birth supported by a qualified midwife and birth team. I want a calm and peaceful environment with emotional and physical support throughout labor. My goal is to avoid unnecessary medical interventions unless they are medically necessary for safety. I would like support with comfort techniques, freedom to move during labor, and assistance with breastfeeding and recovery after my baby is born.

My husband and I would love to have a home birth. We don’t know any midwives in our area and want to find one asap to help us in this process. This is our first child so all is new to us. I don’t have a detailed birth plan yet but we would like it to be unmedicated and as natural as possible. Our bodies ca do amazing things and I want to fully experience the birthing process in the comfort of my home.

I need a midwife that is willing to work with me and my husbands needs We plan on having a hospital birth. But the hospital gobgyns have no idea what’s going on they’re all over the place with multiple midwife’s and they all wanna see me but I just want 1. One midwife to see me constantly so I don’t need to go over the needs I want multiple times. I have blue cross blue shield as insurance do you take ?

I want an at home birth. $2,000 is my budget really anything more I have to dig. I want my baby skin to skin, birth to be calm, no cleaning till after skin to skin, delayed cord clamping till cord is not pulsing, at home and no medication.

I have had 3 natural births, and one home birth in hawaii. This will be my 4th child id like delivered in my home in weare NH naturally and calm potentially in a birth pool. Budget is 5000. I birth quickly so having someone close by is needed.
