Greetings! My name is Yvonne and I am a full spectrum doula with over four years of experience in providing support and care to individuals during their pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period. One aspect of my role as a doula that I find particularly rewarding is advocating for the birthing person's wishes and preferences. I can provide emotional support to assist with the transitions of the postpartum period and having a new baby. Encouragement, a listening ear and practical help in your home will be offered. I’ll hold your baby so that you can bathe and/or rest, be a safe person you can share your concerns with and offer informational support - all in a judgment-free loving manner. A comforting meal, changing your sheets and doing some laundry are a few of the ways I can help you. My hope is that the care I give feels much like a professional grandma or Loli.
