Hi there, I’m Becky and have been working with new families since 2016 as a doula and parent educator in the Los Angeles, Ca and surrounding communities. I truly believe the support of a new mother starts during pregnancy and through the first year postpartum. I am a first generation Latinx woman and use the pronouns She/Her/Ella. I primarily grew up in Whittier, CA, but spend several years in Nayarit, Mexico. I am married with 3 beautiful children of my own. I hope I can help you plan for the best birth and postpartum period imaginable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Becky with Birth to Latch has been absolutely amazing. Our experience with her has brought us so much peace, confidence, and excitement as we prepare to welcome our first baby. Going into this pregnancy, we had no real guidance on what to expect during labor and birth. As a first-time father, I honestly wasn’t sure what my role would be or how I could best support my wife. After attending Becky’s Comfort Measures class, everything changed. I walked away with a clear understanding of my role as a husband and father during labor, along with practical tools and the confidence to be the support my wife deserves. What makes Becky so special is her warmth and kindness. She creates such a safe, welcoming environment that it genuinely feels like you’re learning from a trusted family member rather than someone you just met. She has a gift for making everyone feel comfortable, heard, and empowered. I especially appreciate that Becky doesn’t just focus on preparing moms she places just as much importance on educating and empowering the birth partner. That made a huge difference for us and strengthened our confidence as a team going into this life-changing experience. If you’re looking for a doula who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in helping both parents feel prepared, I cannot recommend Becky and Birth to Latch enough. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our birth journey.

Nurture The Divine is rooted in serving and empowering women to achieve the birth experience of their dreams. There is so much transformation that occurs during all 4 trimesters of pregnancy and it’s important for women to feel understood, heard, and validated during this sacred time. My doula approach encompasses physical, emotional, educational, and energetic support in a warm and loving space. My goal is to bring truly comprehensive, safe, healing, and whole-hearted doula care to all the beautiful families that I am blessed to interact with. I truly believe there is immense value in providing a safe space for the divine feminine to shine. Even in rare cases when medical interventions are necessary for the safety of mom and baby, the sacred nature of birth can still be preserved.

I don't even know where to start. I am almost 3 weeks postpartum and have been heavily reflecting on my pregnancy, labor, and delivery as a first-time mom. I matched with Kalista when I was about 20 weeks pregnant. The kindness, support, and education provided by Kalista from day 1 has made the entire experience incredibly memorable. My plan was to have an unmedicated birth, but complications along the way forced an induction and an epidural. My body continued to struggle to dilate, which caused a very uncomfortable, prolonged labor. There were many moments of feeling very challenged and overwhelmed. Kalista stayed by my side in the hospital the entire time, as soon as I was admitted. Kalista provided ambient lighting, meditation music, electrolytes, stress tools (ball and labor comb), suggested positions to try during contractions, and massaged my legs during the most intense times. One of the most memorable things I will always remember during my labor and delivery was her soft, kind words of encouragement during painful moments and during my actual delivery. I honestly can say that I wouldn't have been able to overcome the challenges without her and my fiance by my side. I was hard on myself when the turn of events changed my birth plan. Kalista made my fiance and I feel comfortable and confident that we could overcome it all and still have a positive delivery. When I look back on everything, I can honestly say that I will miss the entire experience and parts of me wish that it wasn't over. If I ever have another baby, I hope that Kalista is available again to help me have another positive birth experience. We are so grateful for her!

Hello, I’m Kathy, and I’m honored to walk alongside families as they journey into parenthood. Becoming a mother is one of the most beautiful and life-changing experiences a woman can go through. It can also be overwhelming, emotional, and filled with uncertainty. I believe no mother should have to navigate that journey feeling alone. As a Birth and Postpartum Doula, my heart is in supporting mothers and families through the many transitions that come with pregnancy, birth, and bringing a new baby home. I am here to listen, encourage, reassure, and provide a calm and caring presence when you need it most. My educational background in Psychology, with an emphasis in Family and Marriage Therapy, has deepened my understanding of the emotional and relational changes that can occur during this important season of life. The arrival of a baby changes more than a family’s daily routine—it can change how we see ourselves, how we connect with our partners, and how we navigate our new roles as parents. I bring this understanding into my doula work by creating a safe, compassionate space where mothers and families can feel heard, supported, and understood. During pregnancy and birth, I support you in preparing for the experience you envision while respecting that birth can sometimes take an unexpected path. Whether your birth plan changes or unfolds exactly as you hoped, you deserve to feel informed, respected, and supported. After your baby arrives, my role is to help you find your rhythm as a new family. I provide practical and emotional support as you recover, learn your baby, navigate feeding and newborn care, adjust to new routines, and experience the many emotions that come with motherhood. I believe that caring for the mother is an essential part of caring for the family. My philosophy is simple: I don't believe in telling you how to be a mother. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening to what you need, and walking beside you as you discover your own way. There is no perfect birth, no perfect mother, and no single path into parenthood. There is only "your" journey—and I would be honored to be part of it. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, supported, and confident as you move from pregnancy to birth and into the beautiful, sometimes messy, and deeply transformative journey of motherhood. You care for so many already. Let me help care for you.l.

I can’t say enough good things about Megan—she was an absolute godsend during the postpartum period. From the moment she walked into our home, she brought a calm, nurturing presence that made me feel supported, seen, and truly cared for. She was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful of our space and routines, and seemed to intuitively know what I needed—whether it was a warm meal, help with the baby, a listening ear, or just some time to rest. Her gentle guidance helped me build confidence as a new parent, and her emotional support was just as invaluable as her practical help. I always felt safe and never judged, which made a huge difference during such a vulnerable time. I’m so grateful to have had her by my side in those early weeks, and I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it through without her. Highly, highly recommend her to any new parent looking for compassionate and professional postpartum care.

Luz was truly the best doula I could have asked for. She supported me every step of the way throughout my pregnancy and was an incredible source of comfort, guidance, and knowledge. Her support during labor made all the difference. I genuinely believe that without her, I would not have had the smooth birth experience that I did. Her care didn't stop after delivery. During postpartum, she helped care for both my baby and me, allowing me to get the rest and recovery I needed. She even helped with everyday tasks like baby laundry and dishes, which was such a blessing during those early weeks. Luz is kind, respectful, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though I had previous pregnancies, she taught me so much that I never knew before. Her dedication and support exceeded every expectation. I cannot recommend her enough, she is simply the best!

Hi! I’m Rechelle, a trained postpartum doula and newborn care specialist based in Long Beach, CA. Growing up in Victorville, an underserved community with limited access to OB/GYNs and specialized care, shaped my passion for maternal health and advocacy. My journey into postpartum support began with an internship at Black Infant Health, where I saw firsthand the impact of culturally relevant care, especially for Black families facing higher risks and poor health outcomes. I trained with the DNT Network, a program that prepares doulas to provide high-quality, evidence-based postpartum and newborn care, because I value relationship-centered, accurate, and accessible care for every family. My background in public health, combined with personal experience supporting my brother who has special needs, has shown me the gaps families face and inspired my mission to close them. As a doula, my philosophy is simple: every family deserves compassionate, personalized support. I work closely with families to provide postpartum care in ways that are grounded, practical, and nurturing. Whether it’s feeding, soothing, sleep, light household tasks, or emotional support, my focus is on practical care that makes your nights easier. My mission is to reduce maternal health disparities while honoring the unique needs of each family I serve.

I am a certified Childbirth Educator through Cornerstone Doula Training. The services I provide are: *Childbirth Education from a physiological standpoint and evidence based information. *Postpartum Doula support for overnights or daytime schedules. What that includes is a list created with you. Like many of us who have decided to become Doulas, I would like to provide the support and resources that I would have enjoyed. I have vivid postpartum memories of struggling to get through each day while absolutely sleep deprived and so stressed that I'm doing everything wrong. My goal is help you rest, feel nourished, and supported! I know that each parent and family are unique! My goal is to learn from you how can I support you. I'm not going to walk in assuming that I know how you feel or what your needs are. Every person is different! Hi, I’m Yoli! 🤍👶 I’m a certified doula, an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, and the proud **founder and owner of Vida Birth Support . Vida is a Latina-owned business based in Riverside County, California, proudly serving families throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding communities. As a bilingual provider, I am passionate about offering compassionate, culturally sensitive care in both English and Spanish, ensuring that every woman feels understood, respected, and genuinely supported—without language barriers. With years of hands-on experience in Labor & Delivery and Emergency Care, I have witnessed both the incredible beauty of childbirth and the challenges women face when navigating the healthcare system. Throughout my nursing career, I have cared for women during some of their most vulnerable and empowering moments. I have also witnessed too many mothers enter the delivery room feeling overwhelmed, unprepared, unheard, or uncertain about their choices. I knew I wanted to be part of changing that experience. That passion is what inspired me to create Vida Birth Support.💗 My vision was to build something that goes beyond traditional birth support—a place where education, advocacy, compassion, and empowerment come together to help women take an active role in their birth experience. At Vida, our mission is simple yet powerful: **To empower women through education, advocacy, and personalized support so they can approach childbirth feeling confident, informed, respected, and supported.** ✨ **Education Is Empowerment** We offer comprehensive childbirth education classes designed to help expectant mothers and their families understand the incredible changes happening throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Our classes focus on understanding the stages of labor, pain management options, medical interventions, recognizing potential complications, understanding patient rights, and learning how to communicate effectively with the healthcare team. I believe that when a woman understands her body, her options, and her rights, she becomes better equipped to make informed decisions for herself and her baby. ✨ **Compassionate Doula Support** In addition to education, Vida provides personalized birth and postpartum doula services centered on emotional reassurance, physical comfort, encouragement, and continuous support. Our goal is to create an environment where mothers feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their journey. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or welcoming another little blessing, our team is here to walk beside you, provide guidance, and help ensure your voice is heard. ✨ **A Mission Close to My Heart** As a Latina woman, a mother, and a nurse, this work is deeply personal to me. I understand the importance of having someone by your side who not only understands the medical aspects of childbirth but also recognizes the emotional, cultural, and personal significance of bringing a new life into the world. I am especially passionate about helping bridge the gaps in maternal healthcare and advocating for women who may feel overlooked, intimidated, or unheard. My goal is to build a community where every mother, regardless of her background, language, or circumstances, has access to education, compassionate support, and the confidence to advocate for herself. At Vida, I believe: 🤍 Every mama deserves to feel heard. 🤍 Every woman deserves to understand her choices. 🤍 Every birth deserves dignity and respect. 🤍 Every family deserves compassionate, culturally sensitive care. 🤍 And every mother deserves to enter her birth experience feeling prepared, powerful, and supported. Vida Birth Support is more than a business to me. It is my passion, my purpose, and my commitment to making a meaningful difference in maternal healthcare. I created Vida because I believe we can do better for our mothers, our babies, and our communities. Lindsay Karevoll

Hello! I’m Lindsay, a birth and postpartum doula and mom of 2. I became passionate about maternal wellness when I was expecting my first child in Norway. I received such quality care — midwives, visiting baby nurses, cushy parental leave! — but I was still missing the emotional support and expertise I needed to help me navigate a foreign medical system and the many anxieties I held as a first time parent. Since then, I’ve learned from hundreds of parents that they, too, needed more support than was available to them. Often times, they felt others were pushing an agenda that was not in their best interest. I became a doula to help change that, one family at a time. I’m here to hold space for you, learn with you, ease your fears, and empower you to feel confident through this important time in your life. If you are looking for a doula to help you birth and nurture your child on your own terms, please consider booking a free consultation with me. I’d love to learn more about you and see if we are a good fit.

Asking Lindsay to be our Doula and specifically assist with postpartum care is the best decision we could have made as parents. Our second born was much more challenging than our first and loved to scream all hours of the day. Not only is Lindsay educated, great at explaining things, and creative, she also has a very patient and calming presence that we desperately needed. SOme of the other Doulas I met were too "out there" and I appreciated Lindsay's "down to earth" responses that were kind and intelligent. She helped us feel confident and stay focused and calm when we thought we couldn't handle the screaming anymore. She gave us reassurance even as second time parents, we couldn't have done it without her!
