I'm very passionate that those in my care feel seen and heard,, and know that there is someone present focused on advocating specifically for their needs. I want to bring inclusiveness and trauma-informed care to the forefront of my practice. My approach is very client led and tailored to each person's specific needs.

Hannah was my doula for my birth of my son Luca. She was truly wonderful through the whole process before labor helping me prepare with everything I was worried about. During labor when my whole birth plan went to waste due to having a emergency c-section and helping me feel empowered to the whole situation. Even when the doctors were rushing my whole birth she made sure to question them when I wasnt able to advocate for myself. She even waited the whole time during my c-section and made sure me and my baby were/ felt safe after. I truly couldn't have imagined being without my doulas during this whole process as it was a very traumatic experience for me and the only thing keeping me going is how empowered they kept me through the whole situation. I loved having her as my doula and would choose her over and over again to be there for me. Having a doula is one of the best choices I have ever made for myself and my family you feel supported and at peace knowing they are there for you in all aspects of pregnancy! If you're on the fence of whether or not you need a doula I can tell you that it's the best thing you can do for yourself as a first time mom!

Hi! I'm Gabriella, and I’m passionate about supporting women and families through their fertility, pregnancy, labor, and motherhood journeys. My path to becoming a doula began in 2014 after my own empowering birth experience with my first child. Inspired, I became a certified childbirth educator through the Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth and discovered my deep passion for women’s health and well-being. Over the years, I’ve been privileged to support families in various ways—whether teaching childbirth education, offering lactation consulting, or even serving as a virtual doula in moments of need. My own birth experiences have shaped my practice. From a beautiful birth center delivery to navigating an unexpected emergency C-section, and finally achieving my VBAC home birth, I bring a wealth of personal and professional insight to my work. These experiences have fueled my commitment to empowering families with knowledge, confidence, and holistic care. At the end of 2023, I made the decision to leave my corporate career to pursue my dream full-time. I am currently trained through DONA International, a globally respected organization, and offer compassionate, intuitive support focused on mental, physical, and nutritional health. My approach is holistic and tailored to each family’s unique needs, ensuring that partners feel confident and supported throughout the journey. I am so excited to walk alongside you and help you achieve the birth experience you desire. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or your fourth, I look forward to being part of your story!

Gabi is incredibly knowledgable in all things Doula, pregnancy, pre and postpartum, as well as being kind, empathetic and welcoming. She listens to all concerns and preferences that you might have and advises the best way to move forward. I am based in the UK and Gabi has gone out of her way to still schedule in sessions with me and my partner, around our shift pattern too. I wouldn’t have anyone else helping me navigate this next chapter in my life and I’m always grateful I found her. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing Support – A True Blessing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joanna Guzman. From the moment we met, I felt completely at ease. She provided not only expert knowledge and guidance but also incredible emotional support throughout my pregnancy, labor journey. HELLO AND CONGRATULATIONS! Birth is sacred. You should feel heard, informed, respected, peaceful and empowered. This is my goal for every woman, child, family I work with. I began attending birth for friends and family 27 years ago. I’ve been a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) for two years. I leverage skills gained through experience, self-study, training from DONA International, Spinning Babies etc., plus I’ve acquired NICU-Informed Doula designation and am close to finishing WaterBirth Certification. I strive to continually improve my skills and knowledge. I recently trained in CranioSacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) in order to support my family, but a wonderful and unexpected benefit is an improved ability to recognize multiple conditions that warrant referral to other specialties/practices. I am THANKFUL I was able to make this investment and grow these skills! I am also beginning to lean into other forms of bodywork; all geared toward helping mothers and babies relax, regulate and rest (which is healing). I offer heart, hands, good understanding and knowledge of a variety of comfort measures which I share with you and. your partner in advance (if desired). Equally important, I strive to provide evidence-based and experiential information as needed to enable timely, appropriate conversations with your OB/Midwife and foster a team approach to the birth experience you desire. Words aren’t enough to describe the joy of birth; It will be an honor to support yours! Please call and we’ll see if it feels like a good fit :).

If you're looking for someone to support you through pregnancy, birth, and your postpartum journey, I can't recommend Katherine highly enough. Her passion for supporting mothers and babies is truly exceptional. She is constantly expanding her knowledge, staying current with the latest evidence-based practices, and investing in additional training to better serve her clients. Whether it's birth support, lactation, craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT), fascial release, tongue ties, or infant feeding challenges, her depth of knowledge is incredibly reassuring. What sets Katherine apart is the way she empowers rather than pressures. She deeply respects you, your body, and your family's goals. She listens without judgment, provides a wealth of information, and helps you make informed decisions with confidence. You never feel pushed in one direction—you simply feel supported. If you have the opportunity to work with Katherine, you'll quickly understand why so many families trust and recommend her. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely called to this work. Myself and my four children have personally benefited from her care.

About Me I’m a birth and postpartum doula who believes every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and fully in control of their birthing experience. My approach is grounded in warmth, respect, and deep listening. I honor each parent’s unique vision—whether they want an unmedicated birth, an epidural or a planned cesarean. My goal is to create a space where you feel informed, empowered, and truly cared for during one of the most transformative times of your life. How I Support My Clients I offer 2–3 prenatal visits where we get to know each other, explore your birth preferences, practice comfort measures, and help you feel confident heading into labor. Throughout your birth, I’m there with steady, calm support—physically, emotionally, and informationally—always following your lead and advocating for what matters most to you. After your baby arrives, I provide a postpartum visit to help you settle in, debrief your birth if you’d like, and make sure you feel supported as you navigate early parenthood. My care adapts to your needs; whatever you want your birth and postpartum journey to look like, I’m there to walk beside you.

Sam was the perfect doula for our family! Highly recommend! She helped us navigate my preeclampsia diagnosis and a complete upheaval of our birth plan from 100% natural/unmedicated birth center birth to an induced delivery at the hospital. Sam is well educated about all things birth from fertility through postpartum. It was easy to connect with her and to feel how much she cared about me and my family. She was great at helping me manage prenatal and postpartum anxiety – it was a huge relief to just talk to her about things that were on my mind. She also gave us above and beyond postpartum support with things like figuring out how to use my breast pump, tidying the house, and helping care for and comfort our baby. I am so happy we chose Sam as our doula.
