Hi everyone, I am Rachel, a Full-Spectrum Doula. I am a Queer Woman with a deep passion for reproductive justice. I'm a warm, empathetic, and bubbly person who thrives on matching people’s energy and meeting them exactly where they are in their birth and postpartum journey. I love supporting and empowering individuals to have the birth experience that aligns with their needs, desires, and values. I perform as a dancer in the Boston area and love learning about people’s favorite forms of self-expression. I encourage movement throughout pregnancy and postpartum and offers fun, easy movements inspired by my dance experience. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Service Studies from Elon University and have worked a variety of roles, from waitressing and gymnastics coaching to being a domestic violence advocate, and a Doula. Looking forward to connecting:)
I take Masshealth, and for private pay, I offer sliding scale prices.

Birth services include two prenatal visits, either virtual or in person. Access to phone support during early labor and in person support from early/ active labor and throughout your birth whether in a birthing center or hospital. At least two hours immediate postpartum support after birth, and two postpartum visits with option to extend for hourly rate. Postpartum shifts include either a four hour daytime shift or eight hour overnight shift. This can include assistance with newborn care, lactation support, processing birth experience, household tasks, and general support adjusting to parenthood with your family dynamic. These are all individualized based on your wants and needs!
