I created Dhatri to help families navigate pregnancy and birth with both evidence-based knowledge and compassionate support. My approach blends research-backed education with calm, grounded support. Some families want deep dives into research, medical evidence, and decision-making tools. Others want reassurance, emotional support, and someone who helps them slow down and reconnect with their intuition. Most families need both. I meet you where you are. My role is not to make decisions for you, but to provide you with evidence-based information, continuous support, and advocacy so you can make the choices that are right for your family. I support all birth choices - hospital, birth center, or home birth; medicated or unmedicated; vaginal or cesarean. What matters most is that you feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout your journey.

Having supported over 300 families through pregnancy, labor and birth, and even hundreds more in postpartum, as well as a foundation of 20+ years of NCS experience, I am a seasoned Doula based here in metro Seattle / Tacoma.
