Hi, I’m Siedah Israel, a Certified Labor Doula, Holistic Wellness Practitioner, and Certified Herbalist based in Fredericksburg (Spotsylvania County), VA. I’m a wife of 15 years, homeschooling mother of five, and bonus mom to a 21-year-old. I began my wellness journey by earning a certificate in Massage Therapy from Eastern Virginia Career College in 2018, went on to complete my Doula Certification at Germanna Community College in 2024, and graduated with honors in Herbal Studies from the American College of Healthcare Sciences in 2025. I’m currently in Phase I of my PEP process on the road to becoming a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM). When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me homeschooling, exploring outdoors with my children, writing poetry, working on my werewolf novel, or handcrafting natural hair and skincare products. Hi, I’m Morgan, a birth doula with a deep passion for supporting women through the sacred and powerful journey of pregnancy and birth. Outside of birth work, you can often find me hiking, camping, traveling, walking my two corgis, reading, spending time with my husband and son, or serving my church and local community. My heart for women’s health began during my very first OB/GYN appointment as a teenager, when I had to navigate a complicated diagnosis and a series of confusing and often scary interactions with specialists. Years later, after facing complications during the birth of my son, my passion for informed care and patient advocacy only grew stronger. That experience not only taught me the importance of understanding my health and my options, but it also deepened my trust in the Lord. Through it all, my faith grew as I leaned into His strength during a season full of unknowns. Since then, I’ve become deeply committed to helping women feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout their reproductive journeys. My journey led me to work on a research team developing an intrauterine balloon stent to help treat Asherman’s Syndrome—a role that involved shadowing OB/GYNs and midwives and sparked a deeper appreciation for the science behind pregnancy and birth. I truly believe that birth is not only fascinating from a medical standpoint, but also incredibly beautiful and sacred. Today, I feel called to walk alongside women in their most vulnerable and transformative moments—offering education, advocacy, and unwavering support as they step into motherhood.

I can't remember a time when I was not passionate about family issues, and particularly family health. I had my first child at a young age, and found the perinatal landscape entirely bewildering. Mostly alone, I had no idea what was happening to me and my baby, or how to provide for him once he was born (and later, when he was quite sick). The experience strengthened my desire to support others who find themselves similarly lost at the hands of an impersonal medical institution. ​ ​​ I am committed to helping families access evidence-based information for informed decision-making, and to helping improve the birth experience for all families. I serve families of all types, and I specialize in trauma-informed care, bereavement support, disability advocacy, and neurodivergence, Additionally, I am conversant in Spanish, French, and American Sign Language (ASL). The journey into familyhood should be a time of joy, love, and familial and community support. I founded Family Ways with the intention to help bring such an experience to any individual and family who wants and needs it, and to strengthen the family bond—no matter what shape the family takes. I deeply want to physically care for your baby(ies), to help you and your mate, heal and rest, that you may gain strength and clarity of mind again! I am generally punctual, rarely ill, alert and assisting the baby(ies) with feedings, diapers, temperature control, sleep conditioning, then sleep training, and clothing changes if needed. I generally work overnights. but am willing to work days when possible. (I must sleep also!) In my personal time, I like to read and proofread, notarize for others, go bowling, walking and swimming. My bucket list includes becoming fluent in French, Swahili and sign language, learning guitar and piano, collecting Grogu items, and going on a real vacation - with or without my terrific work family!! Alexandra “Ally” Stahl is a speech-language pathologist with 10 years of experience working with the pediatric population. After earning her masters at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she completed her clinical fellowship at an early intervention practice in Raleigh, NC. She spent the next nine years as a pediatric speech-language pathologist at Children’s National Hospital. Ally has experience diagnosing and treating mixed receptive-expressive language disorders, expressive language delays, and higher-order language disorders. She specializes in pediatric speech sound disorders including childhood apraxia of speech and phonological disorders. Ally is trained in Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC) and PROMPT. She is recognized by Apraxia Kids and the Once Upon a Time Foundation as a speech-language pathologist with additional training required for diagnosing and treating childhood apraxia of speech. Ally was also a part of the Velopharyngeal Insufficiency (VPI) clinic at Children’s National, assessing and treating hypernasal resonance associated with VPI. While Ally’s experience has predominantly been with pediatric speech and language disorders, she has additional training targeting accent modification with adults.
