Hi, I’m Rose, a Certified Newborn Care Specialist with several years of hands-on experience supporting newborns and their families through overnight, live-in, short-term, and travel care. I have cared for babies from just a few days old through the early months of infancy, helping families establish calm, consistent routines while providing attentive and nurturing newborn care. My approach is warm, gentle, patient, and family-centered. I support parents with newborn feeding routines, diapering, soothing, sleep support, bottle preparation, baby-related organization, and detailed care logs while respecting each family’s preferences and parenting philosophy. I am also certified in Standard First Aid and CPR Level C, including infant CPR/AED. My goal is to help parents feel supported, rested, informed, and confident while making sure their baby receives safe, loving, and dependable care.

Rose cared for our newborn son during a six-week live-in assignment, beginning when he was only about one week old. From the beginning, she was warm, patient, dependable, and very attentive to his needs. She supported us with feeding, diapering, soothing, sleep routines, bottle care, newborn organization, and detailed daily care logs. Rose brought a calm and reassuring presence into our home and treated our baby with genuine care and affection. She helped us establish a consistent routine, and by the end of her time with us, our baby had made wonderful progress with his nighttime sleep. Having her support gave us confidence and allowed us to get much-needed rest during those early weeks.
