I also carry Northwestern European heritage, namely German, Celtic & Norwegian. My birthwork is deeply rooted in my spiritual practice through my Mesoamerican and Afro-Caribbean upbringing. I focus on meeting people where they are at and helping to optimize care and support that is tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I completed my initial doula training through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings in 2020 and have since completed an additional birth doula training at Bastyr as well as numerous other continued education trainings including Spinning Babies, a Lactation Educator training, and a Body Ready Method training.
